Pick up was easy but my order was incomplete and did not receive my preorder bonus and was notified that it would be with my order and day of pick up it was not and received no confirmation after until today where it was cancelled and no response to why

So we got copies of the wonder game. I now wonder what the appeal is for the game. It does not seem to be that much different than other side version of Mario brothers. I will reserve finial comment from the boys what they think as well.

I wanted the pre order bonus for this. When I pre ordered a week prior to the release date, the employee was absolutely clueless to what I was talking about and lied to me that they would give me a poster as a pre order bonus. When I came to pick up the game, the employees were so useless they needed a manager just to find where my pre order was, and didn't even have a poster for me. After waiting for 20 minutes, I ended up with no pre order poster. All employees involved seemed clueless to anything going on surrounding this game's promotion

Didn't really enjoy this game. Least played of all the Mario's in our house.

The product is fine, thank you Best Buy. As a long time Mario fan this game is eh. I feel like they didn't edit their ideas and everything is all over the place.

This has to be 1 of the worst mario games ever....

My boys love it and have beaten it a couple times now. It too busy and confusing with 4 players. Better as a one or two player game.

I never got the product. FedEx lost the item. I had to reorder elsewhere. I ordered on 12/3 as a Christmas gift. Best Buy promised I’d get it 12/5. It’s now after Christmas (12/30) and I’m still getting updates from FedEx saying “it’s still coming”. Took forever and 5 phone calls/chats to get my money back. Overall terrible terrible experience.

Its ok, I wouldn’t buy this mario game as a present unless this person is a massive mario person but its ok game

I really don’t like this game the multiplayer option and all have to use the same life’s is ridiculous overall bad game.

the badges and new abilities are fun but I feel like the level design isn't the best

This is a very confusing game. Not as fun as other Mario games. For a child it may be more fun, but for an adult it's " meh"

It’s kinda expensive. After all it’s ok as a gift.

Would love to review this item. Ordered it at the end of November and didn't receive it by Christmas. With many calls to customer service and how they knew exactly how I felt and promised that I would get it by Christmas - never did get it. They issued me back a credit on Christmas Eve. Not a knock on the game - terrible customer service by Best Buy. The worst part is that all the stores around me had the game. They need to fix their process - Customer Service is AWFUL!!!

This is like playing Mario during a fever dream. I was a big fan of its predecessor, but this seems like that tried to make too many poorly thought out changes.
