Ordered it at the end of November and didn't receive it by Christmas. With many calls to customer service and how they knew exactly how I felt and promised that I would get it by Christmas - never did get it. They issued me back a credit on Christmas Eve. Not a knock on the game - terrible customer service by Best Buy. The worst part is that all the stores around me had the game. They need to fix their process - Customer Service is AWFUL!!!

I have been out of $500.00 for THE ENTIRE MONTH OF DECEMBER!
