||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would have loved to play this game, but when I ordered it the delivery service company that was used called Roadie never delivered my package, but instead arrived at my address but didn't leave my package at the door. Apparently, Roadie texted me to let me know they were waiting outside the gate to deliver my package, but I didn't see their text until hours later. By that time my order was already returned to the store, and I was refunded. The Roadie service could have called me by ringing my phone and I could have met the delivery person outside to get my delivery, but because the Roadie delivery person didn't speak English, I didn't get a phone call notifying me to come outside to get my order. When I called Roadie to have it redelivered, they said that they would, but the second redelivery attempt never happened resulting in an automatic return by Roadie and a refund from Best Buy.

Also there isn’t a kid mode like odyssey had which can cause young kids frustrations when trying to play with you.

I now wonder what the appeal is for the game. It does not seem to be that much different than other side version of Mario brothers. I will reserve finial comment from the boys what they think as well.

When I pre ordered a week prior to the release date, the employee was absolutely clueless to what I was talking about and lied to me that they would give me a poster as a pre order bonus. When I came to pick up the game, the employees were so useless they needed a manager just to find where my pre order was, and didn't even have a poster for me. After waiting for 20 minutes, I ended up with no pre order poster. All employees involved seemed clueless to anything going on surrounding this game's promotion

I had to reorder elsewhere. I ordered on 12/3 as a Christmas gift. Best Buy promised I’d get it 12/5. It’s now after Christmas (12/30) and I’m still getting updates from FedEx saying “it’s still coming”. Took forever and 5 phone calls/chats to get my money back. Overall terrible terrible experience.
