Excellent game for the whole family, not only for the children my wife and I found ourselves playing more than our own children.

Super Mario Maker 2 is a great new game for Nintendo Switch. I purchased the game for my Daughter. She plays the game non stop. It is always one of her top choices and she currently has 12 games for the system. The game allows you to create and edit your own Mario video game course. What an awesome game!

It truly is the last 2D Mario game you'll ever need and they heap it on. Story mode, make your own levels. Endless levels and endless modes categorized by difficulty. You can play it a minute or hours and there's something new, fresh, creative, ugly, or fun around the corner

Super Mario Maker may look like the first one, but it is a whole lot better because it is Switch and many creations can be found that add a whole new lot of levels for everyone that has the game. Some are easy, some not so easy, and others are almost impossible! Look on media sites and see what all the fun is about!

Great game that builds off the amazing first one! Huge improvements and the multiplayer is a huge plus despite being laggy at time. Overall tons and tons of replay value! Endless mode is a lot of fun and there are tons of great levels to enjoy If you have a switch but don’t have Mario Maker 2, you need to fix that!

I really wanted to buy this game before, because my 9 and 2 years old like Mario. But I was waiting for it to be in a sale. It’s there Christmas present but my 9 year old play it before and he love it. My son he’s really into building anything so I guess that’s a perfect gift for him.

I initially bought this for my son, but I ended up playing and loving the game for me! It brings back memories of when I used to play Super Nintendo as a child. I love that it features the old and the new types of Mario within the “Story” feature of the game. Finished the game within two weeks. Excellent buy!

This games is really fun and you can lose track of time creating the ultimate super Mario level. Making levels is really easy and kids have no problem learning all the tools. It has a short but very fun story mode that you can play to help inspire you own levels. Great game for any Mario fan.

This definitely is a great sequel to Mario Maker. It is fun, challenging and never gets boring. Multiplayer is great, but can be laggy. Story mode is fun and gets you in the hang of how the items work. The additions have been amazing. Endless possibilities if you the creative type for wanting to play people's levels.

My son loves all the Super Mario Bros video games. Maker 2 was a gift for Christmas and has been his go to game over the past three days and counting. My wife and I prefer he plays Mario Bros games over other popular games out there. I reccomend this video game for that reason and the graphics are amazing.

I bought this game for my 2 grandsons after seeing a preview of it. They are only 5 and 9 so i like to buy age appropriate games. I dont think they have stopped playing this since they received it. Its challenging and entertaining for them starring their favorite characters

This game is more than just a creation tool. There's so much polish and care given to every aspect of the game, for both the level creator and the player, that it's hard to think of anything to complain about. Throw in 120 Nintendo produced levels, and you got something for everyone who's interested in a Mario game.

This game is a great sequel to the original game. The only real issue is that Super Mario Maker felt right when using the Wii U's game pad, while this one feels off when using just the controller. It's a small learning curve to get over.

Got this for my son on the day it was released. He was very excited to see it and explore the new features. After a week of playing it, he was not disappointed. The only issue is the fact that you cannot play other users levels without subscribing to the Switch Online network. This is the only flaw in the game.

I'm oldschool. I'm not too fond of the co-op 3D Mario games with its frustrating level designs that are obviously not built around co-op. Which is sad because I want co-op Nintendo games. So I decided to go primal and get Super Mario Maker 2. Getting old means lack of creativity in the noggin', so it's nice that you can play other players' levels. Unfortunately that requires to buy a Nintendo Online Subscription, thankfully those are cheap, but still... I've already knew what to expect in terms of player created level designs. Diabolical players creating close-to-impossible levels, and then there's those where you step on a moving platform and the game does all the work for you. While there is a Filter that should weed out the tryhards and the lazy, but from my experience, it doesn't work and that really irks me. So it takes awhile to find a level that is just "normal". The retro gameplay feels a bit the same to me, BUT the inputs are changed and that really irks me as well. For example, the face buttons are just Run and/or Jump. Then you get to Super Mario World controls, the Spin Jump is now on the top buttons. WHY!?

This is the perfect game for fans of the old school mario games and have great creativity to make their own levels. Playable levels seems like will never end since people will keep uploading them until the system gets replaced by a newer one probably. So it's the best game for replaying in the system right now

Ever since we got this game for him, my son will not stop playing it. He told me that once he finished the single player maps, he was able to download maps from other people, once we signed up for the yearly Nintendo subscription ($20/yr). I think it was worth the purchase for his Christmas present.

Really great game. Helps them learn strategize Biulds confidence and it can pass it down to his brother

Just like the original side scroller of the past. Having the option to design your own SMB levels it's a great feature. Entertaining!
