Super Mario Maker is a super fun game with near infinite play value! There’s always a new level to go through and play with friends!

Ever since we got this game for him, my son will not stop playing it. He told me that once he finished the single player maps, he was able to download maps from other people, once we signed up for the yearly Nintendo subscription ($20/yr). I think it was worth the purchase for his Christmas present.

Just like the original side scroller of the past. Having the option to design your own SMB levels it's a great feature. Entertaining!

This is my favorite switch game. You can make your own levels and you can play the countless number of levels made by others. I've spend many hours playing this game and I would recommend it to anyone who owns a switch.

You can cooperatively make levels now, which is a lot of fun. Then you can play them together, which is even more fun. The menu seems easy for a pre-reading kid, though I need to guide him through getting to abuild a level, he can manage switching between coins, blocks, and bad-guys with ease.

Inventive levels. The single player was a nice touch this time too.

If you ever wanted to design your own Mario level this game is for you. So many options although you will find that creating great and fun levels is harder than it seems. The online community is fun and it’s great seeing all the different and creative levels other people come up with.

The game is great for young and old audiences. The story mode adds a lot of offline content but to fully enjoy the game you should get Nintendo Online. The multiplayer is really fun but can be quite laggy due to the peer to peer multiplayer online. Overall its a must own game for any Switch owner.

My son loves this game. He is Autistic and this game helps him create things and change things up.

It’s Mario Maker. So, yeah there’s some bad levels out there. There’s also some really good ones. I’d recommend watching some gameplay to get a feel of the different levels. Lots of streamers and YouTube channels do Mario Maker gameplay so you can find one you’ll like. Highly recommend

The game is improved over the last two titles in every aspect except it’s missing one thing. The game is missing the amiibo 8 bit characters of the first game but an update did add an awesome Link costume with special abilities. I just love playing an endless amount of levels.

Nintendo could have just done the bare minimum and released the same game. Instead what we have is a solid sequel that listens to fans and adds welcome improvements on to the originally successful formula. From little updates like slopes, to various new objects and styles to enjoy. I originally thought the loss of the Wii U pad would cause issues especially with the Switch in docked mode, but has not been an issue. The controls are intuitive and of course this can be enjoyed in portable mode with the touch screen. At this point, do you need to buy another 2D Mario game? I still think you do, but the fact that is even a question shows how much this game has to offer. Endless fun online with user generated content will keep you busy for months and potentially years to come. Highly recommended!

Really love playing this game. Like the different games within the game and the option to build my own world. Only thing I don't like is to play other peoples world that they built you have to subscribe to a membership that has a monthly fee.

I never played the previous game but decided to try this one out because of the hype. While I'm not very creative and thus haven't gotten around to creating my own levels, I have enjoyed the "story" mode. The different style of levels really bring back memories of playing the old Mario games.

This is a very fun game with a lot of great pre-built levels already waiting for you. if you are a more creative type there is plenty to do and basically unlimited possibilities for building your own Mario levels. If you have a Nintendo switch and like 2D Mario games this is a must buy

At launch the game packs so much to create or just dive in with the story or the random online play. Since its release the game has gotten some updates & 1 of the updates has added the ability to play with your friends. Those that love the 1st game will feel right at home with this one.

This game does have a story mode that does not require you to have a Nintendo Online subscription, but I found the Story levels to be boring. Compared to what other people make online, the story is bland. The story is still fun to do for a bit, but I strongly recommend this game.

My nephews love it! Will recommend this item for kids to play.

This game is great!! It provides a really fun 2D Mario game as well as a vast array of tools to make your own Mario levels. The interface is super intuitive and friendly and allows for very deep customization and creative levels. Wonderful game that will give you hours upon hours of fun.
