If you’re a fan of super Mario games, I would recommend getting this game. This game is an endless amount of Mario and has 2D and 3D levels. The building aspect of the game has improved from the 1st one. Online multiplayer versus mode is nice competitive mode for this game.

This mario has something for everyone. The levels range from simple and fun to expert levels where you need to know exactly where to jump next at every time. Story mode is cute, and building levels offers so many different options that there's always something new to try

Over 100 levels packed in with infinite levels to play online! A very creative outlet for those interested in game design. Making levels is simple but with depth to mix so many items and game mechanics. If you like platformers (especially Mario ones) this game is a MUST.

This game is fun but incredibly hard. The story mode is definitely a challenge and it’s fun that you have different challenges in different Mario game versions from the past. You’ll have a journey through memory lane with this game.

It's fun to play, challenging. The maker part about it has a big learning curve and can be tedious to make your own maps. The included levels are challenging. One thing I don't like is you can have Luigi finish the level for you, but they don't show you how he does it.

Has a LOT of tools to work with, almost everything I'd want in a 2D Mario creator/editing tool. Story mode is great for inspiration on how certain parts can work with one another to make for some neat challenges. Definitely recommended for platformer fans and creatives.

As a dad, I love not only that my son can have fun on a classical platform but the skill and creative side that it pulls out him is priceless! It makes him think and get very creative to build intricate & progressively difficult levels. Great buy for sure...

This fun addition to the Mario series not only allows one to create levels, but premade levels in the Story Mode are also an option and very creative!

Super Mario Maker 2 is a must buy for anyone who owns a Nintendo Switch. Every single day more maps are made and the fun never ends. There is even a single player campaign that is great, but the best part of its game is seeing and playing all the fan made levels.

I'm not much of a builder, but this review is mostly for the single player portion of the game. There's about 100 levels in the Story Mode. A lot of them showcase different aspects of the building tools, but they're mostly fun. The game provides for endless levels available online, but you may have to sift through some garbage levels to get to play good ones. The game is mostly more of the same as the original Mario Maker, but that's not a bad thing to me.

I love the new additions to Mario Maker 2. My kids and husband love creating the most complex and fun levels. They also enjoy the built in courses as well as being able to share theirs with the world! The game definitely added cool features and fun ideas.

Truth be told I haven't head much of a chance to play this game but it does looks great and really expands on the successful ideas of the first game. If you want a Mario game that never ends this is it, even if you don't like to build the levels yourself.

Have you ever thought, "I can do better then that?" when playing a Mario game? Well now you can! This is Mario Maker, the second. More items, more customization, more everything. Play user created levels, make your own and have an endless amount of fun.

This game is for my grandson for Easter. He has played the game before and really likes it.

This game has the best of both worlds unlimited levels to try out that people have made and to make your own and share. Just an all sound good game.

Only played a few games on the first Mario maker but now that there’s a story mode , get you really into it and a lot of people are coming out with endless online boards !! That this game will go on for as long as you love all the old Mario to 3D Mario games

Nintendo went above and beyond with this one. The original didn't make me feel like Nintendo was done with regular 2D Mario games, but this one does. Why bother when Mario Maker now has a story mode with over 100 courses? This is the culmination of 2D Mario.

My son says this is the best game ever! He likes it because it has so many options for stuff to do and creativity. It is good if they are going to play a video game because they are creating something and then get to play it.

Super fun game, we love how it’s a great mix of the different styles of Mario.
