If you love any aspect of Mario, you'll love this game. If you enjoy creating level, the creator is better than ever. If you enjoy playing levels, you have a basically infinite supply of them.

It’s great to have such a good interface and new game themes available. There are lots of things to make, and playing community levels are amazing. Multi player is great for friends.

Super Mario Game with a twist. Different win conditions and just trying to get coins. Over 100 levels in solo campaign and graphics are related to their original era.

This game is so good I had to buy another copy I didn’t want to share it. You can make your own levels or play everyone else’s levels. Either way you will be in Mario land forever!

Such a fun game! Note that some features require online Nintendo membership. But it's like the classic Mario everyone loves, but with a few twists and better graphics

Never really got to experience the first game, so I really enjoy this game. TONS of levels from the world, a cool story mode, and tons of new additions to the original game. Worth every penny!

I bought this for my son on his birthday and he plays it very often. He loves level design and tries to stump the mario champ. Me! Well worth the money because its very hard to get bored of.

I didn’t think I’d like it as much as I do. This is a lot better than the first one. There’s more to do and better options as far as creating levels and online play.

Still going hours on end with this game. If you can think it, you can build it! Plenty of tips and tricks online, and the controls are very intuitive. Perfect for a birthday or holiday gift!

My son gets hours of fun from this game. It really engages the creativity of the mind. If your little one (or you) loves video games and engineering then get this game. You won’t regret it

This may be the last 2d mario game you'll buy. Great experience making levels in handheld mode, and overall fun to find levels to play online. Online connectivity features could be better.

Love making new custom levels and then jumping online to play user created levels. You will need the Nintendo online subscription to access user generated content.

So good. When you thought Nintendo was just going to release an updated version of the 1st one, they knock it out of the park. So much new items, mechanics, designs. So many new great levels.

It's the same as the first with tons of little improvement, so if you enjoyed the first one you'll love this! The single player is really fantastic and it's never been easier to make levels!

This game is awesome. I enjoyed the game, since this one has an added story mode and world mode, with other extra stuff, there is definitely a lot of replay value.

Kids love it! Haven't put it down since they got it a few weeks ago. They like it much better than the first one. Lots more options and multiplayer option is great for more than one kid.

Wow!! You can build your own Mario Bros. levels, share them online with other players AND play them! Why would you NOT buy this game if you own a Nintendo Switch?

This game is addicting! I had the first one on the WiiU. Something about having this one on the switch is awesome. I recommend getting a stylus to use for handheld mode. Can’t stop playing!!

I didn’t even know this game had multiplayer, granted some of the courses were thought of as if it was one person on the course but just being able to run it with a buddy is cool

Well, it looks like Nintendo just added another MUST OWN game to join Mario, Zelda, Smash, and Mario Kart. This game is first of all, unbelievable. It's highly polished and you can do so much. Secondly, it allows those of us who've kept out Wii U's hooked up to play the first one, to finally retire it LOL. With this game there's pretty much no longer a reason to keep your Wii U. Thirdly, this game improves upon the original in so many ways it's crazy. Admittedly, there are some things that need to be touched up online and we still need to get the patch to play with friends online, but all this will eventually come. I've literally been playing this game nonstop.
