Takes part one and improves upon it in every single way plus it adds the Mario 3D World aesthetics allowing even more styles of game play and creation.

My adult kids (lol) really like this game! They love everything about it. I don't know anything about these video games, but if they keep playing it, that says a lot! I looked on YouTube what this game was about and I was very impressed so I took a chance and I'm happy I did!

My son is having a good time creating his own levels for he and his friends to play. Plus you can make the levels a s hard or easy as they want.

Nintendo could have just ported the first Super Mario Maker for Wii U to the Switch and it still would have been awesome, but instead, they continued something amazing they created. The second chapter adds more playable characters and 3D World as a buildable and playable world. If you have a Switch, get this game!

Fun online game. I like the endless challenge as well.

This is the second copy i have purchased (i lost the first) the game is fantastic and i enjoy being able to play it on the switch the new obstacles and courses make this game very enjoyable. The game arrived in tough packaging earlier than expected and ot was great to get right back into it again

While there is really only a tutorial there are so many brilliant creations on the network that this is still worth the price of entry.

This is a fun game if you play online levels and if you truly enjoying making levels other than that i would not recommend

Story mode and level making is fun but the quality of levels you will find online varies wildly. Has a lot of content.

This game is great! My son loves it. Be aware, you can only play 2 players (from one Nintendo switch console) by either going online (subscription needed) or only when making a course map. The story mode is single player. We’ve only had it for a short time, so I could be wrong about the 2 player options.

My son can't get enough Super Mario Maker 2 after barely scratching the surface of the first game. Building levels is a bit harder in the new game, but there's so much more variety all the different items and enemies, and with the newest update, he's enjoying building entire world maps.

Good game, just the controls are a bit strange in docked mode and you need Online to be able to publish or play other levels.

Great for kids. Great for Casual gamers. Great for gamers looking to challenge themselves. If you love Mario this is a no brainer. It combines 4 classic Mario games in 1 game and there is truly never a dull moment with millions of levels designed by folks all over the world.

Fun Mario game. It was a blast creating new levels and playing the already made level. Definitely recommend picking up.
