Awesome Fun !

With the Link update it expands the possibilities of this game well beyond expectations. It's great to build levels & share them with friends. This game always makes me want to build a better mouse trap for people to figure out.

My son loves to build things and I was tried of hearing about Minecraft and their worlds. This game is basically the same concept but for Mario Bros. Super fun and enjoy watching my son use his skills to create.

We lost TV service in a storm so it was awesome that he had this new game to play. Always great that you can take your new game with you since the Switch is portable.

You will always find new levels and challenges waiting for you thanks to the amazing online community for this game. Great game to train your platforming skills.

Very good game

I need to play it more often, but I designed my ideal Mario level in the original SMB artstyle, and it's just a dream come true.

Excellent Game

A lot more customization, and so many options to work with. The only issue I have is that they removed a lot of the older things, such as easter eggs, secret deaths, a few sound effects, amiibo costumes... Hopefully they update accordingly.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mario Maker 2 expands on what the first one gave to us, but like the last one, the amount of fun you have depends on how much you get out of the course maker, as well as how much you get out of the courses others have made. Not every course you find online will be a winner, though, so if you're going into this mainly to experience people's creations, be prepared for some good, a lot of okay, and a ton of "why would you make a stage like this??"
