grandson was very happy for this birthday present!

Brought for my nephew he like bluding stuff puzzle

We didn’t really enjoy this game. Confusing to play and not suited for kids. There was way too much front end investment to enjoy it and limited options to just play.

As a lover of the Mario games this game is more for teen kids that want to create and play other levels and worlds. It’s not a new super Mario game.

The game is not what expected and difficulty maneuvrring for a young child. My child thought it was a like regular Super Mario game; it is not whic let to the disappointment.

So it’s basically the same thing as Mario maker. Loved that game but to charge full game price for this remake is meh to say the least!

I think it is ridiculous to pay 60 bucks for a game. Then Nintendo wants you to pay a monthly fee to access the features of the game. The levels that are included are simplistic and weak and I am very upset. If you want to charge a monthly fee - the base game should be free. As far as best buy goes - would shop again there (and plan to!) Thanks & I hope Nintendo gets a copy of this review! Angry and upset! :(

I know people love this game but i found it boring. But it arrived on time in perfect condition. Just not for me.

My son got this game for Christmas, played it a few times the day after, hasn't touched it since. He said it wasn't what he expected. Save your money

Was not as good of a hit as we thought it would be. I don't think anyone has played it in the 2-3 months we have had it.

Love Mario, Not a fan of Super Mario Maker 2. Don’t recommend for kids around 7 years old. My son lost interested after 20mins

For little kids it’s fun but for someone like me this game is a little bit to much to play don’t take my review serious

So from my understanding, fans of Super Mario Maker 1 will enjoy this. Apparently everything people wanted fixed from the original were fixed here. Happy for them... For the rest of us now... this game did nothing for me. I was excited to go on and play other people's created levels, however I played through 6-7 and they were so convoluted that it was more annoying to play than enjoyable... then I realized there really was no incentive to beat levels, there is no endgame to win. So I tried the campaign mode... all that is is a tiny story that you have to collect coins to rebuild Peach's castle. How do you get coins? Oh by playing more of other people's created levels... Stupid... And b/c you can't return games I sold it to GameStop for 1/2 of what I paid here.. too bad there wasn't a demo of this... at the end of the day, I get why fans like it, but it is not for me...

Its more to build than play . My son likes to build stuff so it's a good game, for him to think for himself .

This game is ok. You have to be into making your own game. Is a little difficult for young kids.

With the new updates its better but I like to play the levels more than create them. That's just me.
