I missed out on playing Mario Maker 1, but this time I decided to get into the series on Switch. I have always loved playing Mario games, and this game is like the ultimate 2D Mario game. Pros: It is a blast to create your own levels, and with the new DLC, they have added stuff even from Zelda. The limit is your creativity. If you more enjoy playing others' levels, It's easy to go online and play hundreds of intense or exciting levels that would never be in a Mario Game. There is a short story mode that helps you get going, and they have added some other online challenges to keep things interesting. Cons: The online aspect is what made me purchase the online subscription on the Nintendo Switch. I don't regret it, but without that, the game would be a lot less exciting. If you're not a creative person who loves to make things, then you will spend most of your time playing other people's levels instead of putting hours into creating.

My wife loves this game. Create your own world and make it extremely challenging. Reminds me of the end game levels for Mario back on the snes days.

I bought it for my brother as his Christmas gift and honestly I’m not a really big fan of Mario games but this one actually caught me off guard of how fun it is. Competitive and fun, it’s like it never ends and it gave me and my brother some quality time together.

Absolutely fantastic! If you enjoy Mario games in the slightest, this is a must have if you’re a Switch owner. Endless Mario levels on top of the ability to make you’re OWN levels?! This is a no-brainer.

My 5 year old loves it and I love that it is a fun way to encourage creative problem solving that the whole family can enjoy.

Bought this for my daughter and keep having to go find her with the Switch and look over her shoulder to see what she's creating. The crazy levels people are creating is insane, and this one has a story mode, too. Awesome game!

This game is so unique. It gives you full creative reign over game creation, or level creation. I decided I should use this in a very unique way to celebrate an event in my life. Because of the flexibility with this game you can do a lot with jt.
