I bought this game with the idea of playing other peoples levels uploaded online, making it a Mario game with near infinite levels.

I will say my children love it, editing levels is super easy to pick up. My biggest grips are there no real progression. Power ups, 1ups don't carry over to next level after beating. Some of the level designs from "users" are just frustrating.

This was a simple decision on to buy or not for my 8yr old son, he is such a got to have this and got to have that. I know that it is really time for me to stop buying every game and come to life figure for him. But when he kept telling about all he would be able to do with the Mario maker, I started to do my on research an d I was sold. I'm really excited when it comes to seeing my son using his imagination and know how to create. Mario Maker is more than just a game, its journey of the mind and imagination.

My son loves it; he gets to build things like he does in Minecraft and then gets to play them with his favorite character Mario.

We could easily spend hours on this game at a time. You have to take some time to get use to it, but once you do, you're hooked!

This game is amazing! Being able to create your own Mario level is really cool. People have made some incredible levels out there!

The Wii-U tablet is the perfect interface for this game. It's fun to make your own levels and play other peoples levels from all around the world. Too bad the Wii-U is no longer supported. I'm one of the few who liked it.

It's about time they did something like this for Mario after what Little Big Planet did for the PS platforming. Overall solid title but definitely is limited when compared to LBP titles. But if you're a fan of Mario games, it's a no brainer.

The Wii U may not have the catalog of XB1 or PS4, but the games they do have are all A++. And Super Mario Maker is no exception.

Mario Maker is a phenomenal game that is definitely a console seller for the wii u. If you have the system this is a must buy.

You can pick this game and play for five minutes or five hours. There is so many levels to play and most a fun and challenging!

The almost perfect Mario game you dreamed of with online play level creation and even other Nintendo characters but no slopes.

I don't have a ton of interest in creating levels but this game made it a lot more accessible and fun than I would have thought possible. If you have even a small interest in making a mario level, i definitely recommend picking this up.
