I play this with my 7 year old son and 9 year old daughter. Nintendo makes great games that are accessible for all ages. We've had a blast playing this game. Highly recommend!

I don't really have anymore to add that all the other reviewers have already mentioned - this is just one wonderful game. Personally, it's been a long time since a game has sucked me in that much. Can't put it down.

If you are a fan of 3d marios, you will love this game. A ton of collectibles and great environments. Boss battles are great too, but they often are over too early. This game really doesn't get challenging until you get to the end game after defeating Bowser.. However the main story is enjoyable, albeit easy. The end game is where the truly challenging platforming takes place as new worlds open up as you collect moons. However its still a moderate challenge compared to other platformers.

In the vein of Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine, and Super Mario Galaxy this follows that trend and bring similar but improved game play. This game has many new feature to explore and level to fall in love with.

This is easily the best 3D Mario game, yet. It is THE game for players who like exploration. Every nook and cranny in the game was designed with something in mind. If you follow a hunch, you'll probably be rewarded.

You can take over a T-Rex! Do I need to go further? You can take over the body of a frog, a goomba, a turtle, a bullet bill, a chomp chomp, etc. This is more fun than fishing out squirrels from your gutter pipes!

This is what started it all for me. To have Nintendo revisit the free roam Mario format was the best thing to happen to him. Highly addicting game. Haven't been bored yet. I've only played this for an hour though.

Purchased for my son. I play it as well when he can't pass a mission/challenge. It's a fun game. Definitely recommend. I haven't played any video games since the N64. Glad rhe switch got me back into these.

This is the first time we are using Nintendo gaming device and absolutely thrilled with the experience. I would recommend this if you have Kids below 18 yrs as the games are less violent and extremely entertaining.

I've been a Nintendo (and Mario) fan since the 80's. Super Mario Sunshine was one of my favorite Marios ever, and Mario Odyssey brings back so much of that fun. It's a must have for any Switch owner.

I'm not sure how Nintendo was able to top the Galaxy series, but they did with Odyssey. The graphics and worlds are amazing. The addition of Cappie has really made the game more enjoyable to play. Highly recommend.

In love with this game so far, might be my new favourite Mario game. There’s a local multiplayer mode where one person controls Cappy, my girlfriend & I take turns controlling Mario/Cappy after each moon. 10/10

This one is a ton of fun and was very hard to put down. You get to travel to various lands and locations and interact with several interesting characters. Worth a buy!

I haven't really been interested in Mario for quite a bit, Super Mario 64 was the last game in the series that I truly fell in love with. This game definitely brought me back in, absolutely enjoyed every bit of it!

I got this game specifically for the 2 player gameplay so I could play with my girl. Or was a little awkward to learn at first but I have to say after a while it's so much fun because it forces you to work together

Super Mario Odyssey is so addicting and wonderful. Each Kingdom feels fresh with lots to explore and oh so many Power Moons. I can't decide if Zelda Breath of the Wild or Super Mario Odyssey is my game of the year!

This game reminds me of every greatest Mario games combined and then some. I was astonished at how fun and cool this game is! It will definitely provide hours of entertainment! It's great for the family!

Wasn't sure how this would compare to other Mario games but this is an incredibly fun game. Taking over enemies and using their skills was a really fun twist. Story is fairly short to beat but still really fun.
