I was not a fan on Zelda, the open world was overwhelming and I didn't like the crafting so when I heard Mario was going open world I was nervous, but this is such a fun experience and it's the best switch game out right now

The game is amazing, fun, and surprising. My entire family has tried the game and they love it. I have been playing Mario games since the classic Nintendo days. If you are a Mario fan and own a Switch then it’s a no brainer.

It's incredible for all the reasons you can read elsewhere, but I think one big piece of hype is very wrong. This is *not* anything close to an open-world Mario. Most of the worlds that you get to visit in this game are about the same size as any world in Mario 64, and there are fewer worlds in this one, so unless you count all of the little sub-levels (which are tunneled platforming challenges) there is likely *less* real estate to explore in this one than in the previous free-roaming Marios. Odyssey will take longer to complete, because the levels are so jam-packed with stuff to find ... but you'll spend most of that time re-exploring the same areas. It's still so good that it deserves 5 stars and is an absolute classic, but just keep your expectations in check.

After missing most of the Wii era and not being able to play Galaxy and Galaxy 2, I was super excited to play a new big 3D Mario title and I'm glad to say it's as good as always. Nintendo definitely nailed it with this game.

I've played every mainstream Mario game since SMB on the NES. This is one series that has made almost no missteps and Super Mario Odyssey is no exception. Great evolution of a wonderful series. Incredibly inventive as well.

My husband loves playing this game. He did beat the game within the week but still plays to get the items he missed the 1st time. Our 6 year old also plays that she asked if we would buyer for her big brother which we did.

I perchased this game (Super Mario Odyssey Standard Edition - Nintendo Switch) as a birthday present for my ten year old son. He really likes the game and still play it. Definately a great gift!

The moment you begin palying this game, it will just take your time from everything else. The game play is easier to manage than Mario Sunshine.

Mario enters a 3-D world to save Princess Peach from Bowser again.There are new moves like cap jump. Super Mario Odyssey is compatible with amiibos. Super Mario Odyssey is easily one the best games for the Nintendo Switch.

This game is so much better than I originally thought it was going to be. Even though it’s a brand new concept and layout for super Mario, it still integrates the original game within this one. Would recommend to anyone!

Oh my goodness, my little granddaughter loves this game. Her older brother is really good at teaching her. It's so awesome to see them play together.

What can I say about a Mario game that's going down as another fun game to play

I love Mario games and this one was really entertaining, the graphics are amazing and it’s cute that you can change Mario’s outfit, definitely worth buying and a must for your collection!

This is a great game with beautiful graphics but since you cannot really had a steady view and are consistently changing it, it gives me a headache. I do like that you can take your time with the game though and really explore the different cities.

Nintendo never fails to make an enjoyable game, but this takes it to another level. Gorgeous graphics and intuitive and rewarding gameplay makes for one of the best main mario games since Super Mario Sunshine.

I am addicted to this game and can't put it down! I loved playing mario on the 64 when I was a kid and really wanted a mario to play on our switch. My 2 year old daughter even likes running around in the game!

This game is beyond fun! The graphics really pop! All the characters come to life in 3D! Amazing graphics! We have been up all night playing this wonderful exciting and fun game. P.S. Love the zippers!
