This is the best Mario game to date. It has an incredible range to entertain adults and kids alike. There's plenty to do and see, the mechanics are interesting, and it has tons of personality.

Game has been an absolute blast. Way more to do than I could have imagined and the difficulty ramps up pretty good the further in you get. If you're a mario fan I would highly recommend this purchase.

Bought it a month ago, and I'm still playing. There's so much to do, and the mechanics are fun. Beating the main story opens up even more of the game world.

bought it for a business trip. It is a great entry in the Mario franchise. my only complaint, and the reason why i knocked out 1 star, is in the controls. Nintendo wants you to play with the detached controllers, one on each hand. There are certain movements that are only available through motion controls, and I am not brave enough to do them when the controllers are attached to the switch. Besides that, it is great and Im still hunting moons.

One of the best Marios in a long time. The game has its own distinct style and personality and offers a lot of free exploration without restraint. It's helped by warp points and the lack of lives.

In my opinion, this is the best Mario game ever! I usually get bored with them and end up rushing through them, but this one had me hooked from start to finish. Glad to see Nintendo back in the game!

This game is a 10. This is new generation but has all the feels of Mario 64. I’m 100 percent satisfied as well as my daughter who now also loves Mario games.

If you love Mario you're going to love how intereactive this game is. Like the Zelda game for switch you are only left with your iagination on how to explore the ever expansive world of the Odyssey.

The Switch is such a fun console, and this game does not disappoint. It holds true to the nostalgia of previous Mario games, yet is innovative in its play and graphics. A must buy for Switch owners!

This game is so much fun! The graphics are nice, and the game makes you remember how the older versions were, since there are parts where you get the 2D version... You won't regret your purchase!!! :)

Really great game. Was very different then expected but was a good kind of different.

It's been a while since playing a new Mario game. The last one was Super Mario 3D World on Wii U. It looks and plays good. By playing Mario 64 and Mario Galaxy 1/2 in the past, the moves are easy to relearn except for the hat moves. Those got a bit to learn. My son loves playing it. It is a short game story wise, but you are able to play more to gather all of the moon pieces. I'd give it 5 stars, but now getting the extra moon pieces is becoming a chore.

A future looking mario game with hints of his past. So many stellar games for the switch, this is another one! I though Breath of the Wild would be the best game for the switch, Mario is just as good.

This game is one that all Switch owners need to get. The level design is well thought-out, the worlds are beautiful, and the new ability to posses other beings with Mario’s new friend, Hatty, is dope.

Some people will say this is the best Mario game ever made, and I'm right there with them. Excellent gameplay, topless mario action, and a sentient hat that can possess the souls of nearly everything.
