Bought for my grandson and granddaughter. They love it.

It's crazy how even after all these years, they're still putting out Mario games that feel fresh. The hat mechanics are great and nothing feels stale. Definitely a must buy

I really enjoy this game. My daughter does too. My daughter like finding the moons. I like that there are various hidden items all over for exploring the level.

This game combines the classic Mario 64 with more modern Mario Galaxy and expands upon both more than any Mario game before. It looks great and is fun all the way through.

My son loves this game. He hasn't beaten it yet, as he has been having fun looking around all of the levels. I have played the first few levels and really enjoyed playing.

This game is great for a family of different ages. I am 29 and love the nostalgia of it along with the new style gameplay with cappy, but my 7 year old son can play it also.

This is probably the second-best game on the Switch at the moment behind Zelda. And it's still getting better with free content updates! Why haven't you bought this yet?

Completely revamped Mario game. Feels fresh and new with old flair thrown in. Amazing open world will keep you busy for hours on end.

This game is really fun but the two player capability is kind of lame. As a child I remember getting stuck being Luigi... now getting stuck being a hat is a new low.

I have a young son who is 8 years old loves this game. It is challenging for him but not to the point that he wants to quit. When he goes to bed, I secretly play it. HAHA!

More Mario fun for the whole family all ages are recommended for those rainy days when you can’t go outside and play

This is by far one of two of my favorite games on the switch. I had a blast playing this. I felt accomplished and satisfied when I finished the game.

Another solid entry in the Mario series. This game has lots to offer for those who are looking for fun and challenge. The main story isn't hard to complete but 100% the game will take some skill. There are some gimmicky motion controls that don't ruin the game but can be frustrating. I wish there was a way to remap some functions to buttons but until then there is content that is harder to access then others.

I suspect most others will give this 5 out of 5, but even with 4 out of 5 this is a *must* play if you fall into any of the following categories: Mario fan, Switch fan, Nintendo fan, action-ey platformer fan, etc. Also, those not falling into any of these categories, at a minimum, will still enjoy the game (assumption based on the fact that you were curious enough about this type of game to read the reviews).

Fantastic new incarnation of Mario that anyone from 8 to 80 can enjoy! One of the best Mario games in years! Highly recommended.

From beginning to end this game is a magnificent embodiment of what makes games fun. Music, sound design, and gameplay all come together in harmony to create a masterpiece.

Nintendo has done it again; they’ve created a well rounded, easy to pick up game to showcase the Switch’s hardware while still challenging even the most seasoned of gamers.

AMAZING GAME! Great open-world experience and amazing gameplay. The only downside is that the story is a little short.

Nintendo has again delivered a quality product you come to expect from them. The controls are spot-on, and new types of power-ups keep the Mario brand fresh. Very fun game!
