A great updated modern version of classic Mario gameplay. Enjoying the game so far and looking forward to the fun adventure and delightful discovery of hidden treasures and nostalgic Easter eggs.

I was looking and trying decide on what game to get for my sons new switch console and I chose this based on recommendations from some of the workers seems like it would be a great Mario game to play

We purchased Super Mario Odyssey for the Nintendo Switch the day it was released. So far the girls are really enjoying it. The only problem is fighting for who get to be Mario and who has to be Cappy.

This is one of the best Marios ever please buy it.

An open world super Mario game is worth the price.

By far my favorite Mario game ever. The Assist Mode gives guidance to my six year old without being limiting or intrusive. Parts can be challenging to a veteran gamer while playing through the story is (so far) within reach of a novice without frustration. Making memories over a game we both enjoy is priceless.

I haven't played a Mario since 64, so I was a bit leery to see if I still found the formula engaging. That would be a resounding yes. It's concentrated fun - the platforming is slick, the world fun and colorful, and there are tons of secrets to collect! There's even a local co-op mode. Highly recommend.

Excellent game! My daughters enjoy playing with “assist mode”, which makes the game more accessible. The capture mechanism makes for nice variety of gameplay and I like the little 2D levels.

only 4 stars because if you only want to play the story line without collecting all the moons the game feels too easy, every boss fight and puzzle required to move on to next stage are just too easy.

One of the best games for the Nintendo Switch, maybe one of the best games of the year. The game is easy enough for younger kids to be entertained and complete the levels but difficult enough for experts or more hardcore gamers when it comes to trying to get 100%. I would highly recommend to anybody that has a switch.

Great and addictive game. So much to do. Better than breath of the wild. I didn't even need to make a potion to have enough stamina to take breath of the wild out of the system and put mario in.

the game gets better. hope japanese stages arrive.

Waiting years to get this game. Finally the price dropped! Great game, levels just as frustrating as every other mario game- i love it!
