Still new at this game. Its fun and entertaining. Wish some levels can be longer.

Starts dark and gloomy but gets magnificent fast. Motion controllers are the way to go. 2d retro scenes.

I thought this was just going to be a Switch version of the mario we know...but I failed to notice the hat on the cover. But my son loves it still.

This game is tons of fun and many different levels of difficulty for getting the various power moons. I wish you didnt have to wait until you “beat” the game to go back and get all the power moons, there are 12+ worlds! That is a lot to go back through and replay!

It's been a long since Mario made such an epic debut in a great platformer. And so far, this game delivers. With dozens of playable characters, all set of powers, abilities and ways of moving Mario Odyssey is a less of a reinvention and more of a unique Mario game.

Great game. Gentle learning curve, great visuals and music, and huge worlds to explore. The kids are obviously much better at this than I am, but it's one anybody can play by just picking up the Joy-con. Yes, it is also better to hold them separately on this title.

I haven't really enjoyed Mario games much, Mario 64 being the last one I liked, but Odyssey is a return to form for Nintendo and a must have for Switch owners.

Yes! Mario game to have for Nintendo Switch. So much gaming hours. Learning curves to do certain tricks with hat was good. Collecting stars to fuel up the balloon. It's a must to have for Mario fans and new fans

I absolutely love the switch. My kids ages 9 and 10 sold their Wii U and earned the rest to upgrade to the switch. i love the portability aspect of the switch. The games are very family oriented and that did appeal to me. I am very satisfied with the product.

Nintendo switch is my first Nintendo console in like forever(in 20 years). This game and zelda were the prime reasons to get the console and this game made my purchase worth it. Glad to still find so much innovation in what seems to be like 1000th Mario game.

Great game. If Nintendo can make this game run on switch at stable 60fps, switch is not underpowered

I've been a Mario fan for as long as I can remember. I had a GameBoy put in my hands at the age of three and that is how long I've been playing Super Mario. When news of this game released for the Switch I just knew I had to have this game. I expected it to be like my all time favorite Mario game, Super Mario Galaxy which I got at the age of 7 and be the third segment of it but it's not. I definitely enjoy this game and it's very unique and new for the Super Mario games but it's not Galaxy, which is fine. It's still fun and challenging and enjoyable.

Super Mario Odyssey is a great game. I have played in handheld mode and docked with separate joy con's and pro controller. More fun with separate joy cons because you can do some moves much easier instead of having to shake entire controller. My opinion though.

The best 3d Mario game to come out since Galaxy for the Wii and 3D Mario World for the 3DS. For the first time, step into Mario's shoes and clown around with any outfit you like! Cool power ups galore, and that great familiar Mario platforming feel.

Mario games gave always been the definition of platforming games and this helps bring it even further. A bit slow to start and I initially felt that Mario's movements were sluggish until I grasped the controls but this is another fine entry in the Switch library.

Kids have to spend time figuring out challenges and going through experiences in the game. Game keeps them busy for a while.

I recently purchased this game for Christmas, when i bought the switch. It's totally worth it, alittle more pricey than the other games, but it's a classic.

Stormed through over a weekend because I just couldn't put it down. If you love 3D platformers you'll love this game. It's the right amount of challenge and fun though the later bonus levels are super difficult.

It’s a good Mario compared to some of the more recents. I can usually get through half of a world in one sitting before I have to move on to something else.
