This is a great game for solo play or with the family. I still prefer the classic Mario games but this is still a lot of fun.

Easy enough to play for any Mario aged gamer. For adults playing it, you will complete it within a weekend. Fun puzzles to challenge kids though and fun battles against bad guys that are not typical of Mario games. Worth the buy ☺

While I'm a parent and this type of device/game doesn't really appeal to me, I do see the great enjoyment the kids have while playing it. It keeps their interest and there are also many "competitions" coming out of the play that keep things friendly and competitive at the same time. Overall, I hear more laughter and friendly competition than I do fighting and complaining - and that's what's important to me and the kids. So overall I would say this is something that most parents would want to buy for their kids.

Bought for my four year old niece. It’s the perfect combination of not super challenging and yet not easy. She didn’t make it through the whole game yet, but the parts she played were enjoyable. Great if you’re a Mario fan.

If you have a Switch or planning on getting one this game is a must have. Only downfall is the difficulty level as it’s very easy to beat the game. However there are a ton of collectibles which increase the games replay ability.

Great game! Easy to understand mechanics, assist mode is really helpful for younger kids trying to play or for people that are directionally-challenged. Fun introduction to Mario series.

Love the Switch...My five year old has been crushing this game. Intuitive play, gorgeous grpahics, and Nintendo styling as always.

My son loves the game. He was completely surprised by it and it was the highlight of his birthday.

Fun game, just have to figure out how to play with 2players

Honestly, this is more fun than I thought it would be, despite knowing it would be a blast. The main quest is several hours long but, if you decided to really explore the whole game, it's massive. Definitely worth picking up.

Haven’t had this much fun with a Mario game since Sunshine years ago. This one is vast and creative with tons of puzzles to solve and even small details that flesh out the worlds and make them more realistic and fun to explore.

Fun game, not too hard or too stressful. I really enjoy it.

The play mechanics are similar to the Nintendo 64 version of Mario - if you like that, you'll like this. Cute and fun platformer. Only negative might be the motion controls are difficult to use when Switch is in portable mode.

Really good game. Nice music . The game can be easy to finish but , its hard to complete.

If you're a Mario fan then this game will not disappoint.

I really like this game there are slot of different things you can do so it never gets boring and it's really good for all ages

The game was great, but the story was a little bland and was completed quickly. Now getting all moons will take you some time.

The kids loved it and so did my wife and I love playing with the whole family
