I purchased the game for my nephew who is 10 years old. He likes how you can do cool missions, throw Mario's hat, and how there are different worlds. One thing he did not like is that it is not multiplayer.

Brings back memories with music and stage levels. Watching my kids play ages 4-14 and knowing it’s a kid friendly & easy game to understand and play is great to see. It’s a multiplayer game they can both enjoy together.

First game i purchased for the Switch. Love it, a must have for any Nintendo Switch or Lite owner. Top must haves, Odyssey, Zelda, Mario Kart 8 and Smash bros.

It's Mario. It's in FPS format. And the world is ENORMOUS. The joy-cons make gameplay totally different than past experiences. They really put a lot of thought into the worlds and how they interweave. Great game.

I absolutely adored this title. Great level design, fun platforming, good soundtrack, and the best controls for a 3D Mario title. It's a game I'd recommend to any fan of platformers. Must own game for a must own system!

Super Mario Odessy is a must have game for anyone the owns a Switch. A bit short but nevertheless exceeds the expected fun factor of previous Super Mario games from Nintendo.

We loved this game. We have not yet completed but so far it has been great to play either solo or with someone. You have multiple control options, which are really useful, although I drastically prefer the traditional control model when on solo. The game is basically a love letter to all of the games that came before (especially Super Mario 64 so if you loved that game get this immediately), and it's beautiful to boot. If you like Mario, you obviously like this game.

Great game, Great price! Nostalgia for the adults and the kids are into. 2-player lets me play with my youngest as we switch controlling the side-kick.

My 10 year old son has been a huge Mario fan since he started playing video games. This is by far the best game he has played. He finished the main levels but is still playing trying to get to the dark side of the moon.

With all the anticipation and excitement behind this game, I thought it might disappoint, but then Nintendo went and proved me wrong yet again. In my opinion, this is by far the best game on the Switch right now. Bravo.

This is a lofty claim but I'm well into the game now and can say this without a doubt. If you liked Mario 64, you will love this game!! There is so much to explore and find out about the game.. Enjoy!

I got a Switch for 2 key games BOTW and Mario Odyssey. It's did not disappoint. The best part of this game is its open worlds with endless exploration in the form of searching for moons. It's a must have for Mario fans.

My son waited for this game forever and usually he gets bored fast but could not put down my nine year old finished already but 7 year old had a hard time and got frustrated. But another great mail game worth the money.

After almost 20 years after playing the first Mario Games. It's fun to go back. Puzzles are challenging and overall game play is fun. Visuals are nice. Overall a nice entertainment worth the money.

This new take on Mario is truly a work of art. Not only is the Cappy feature functional it’s all done with such style, it’s perfect. Now, some worlds are better than others but this game is just phenomenal all around.

This game is and easy buy for any Switch owners. Lots of fun to play this game, I’m not quite finished with the story but I’ve played far enough to love the game and recommend it for kids and adults alike

Nothing on any other platform touches this game. Breathtaking visuals with limited hardware. Gameplay is top notch and ahead of the pack. Tons of things to do. Highly recommended to any gamer. Weak story, but meh.

Mario Odyssey proves that the franchise is just as fun in 2017 as it was when I first laid hands on Super Mario Bros in 1985. Timeless. Love this game, and it's a joy to watch my kids get "into it." It's a MUST HAVE
