Graphics on this game is incredible. I only watched our son play it but I thought it was too easy for him. It took him about 2 weeks to complete the game. He still had fun.

Totally different from normal mario games, the open world, searching for stars by doing different objectives that you can pick and choose and fun to play with another person

A true reason to purchase a switch. Mario is a video game icon for a reason. A lot of people will say this game is too easy. They are right to a certain extent. I would argue that a combination of the slow difficulty curb and general game design are meant as a entry point for individuals who may not play video games. Mario will teach a young child or a person new to video games the general concepts and controls for games. While Mario is not my favorite franchise and I don't think its as good as the legend of zelda series, I think its essential for anyone to play a 3D platformer. Mario has always been one of the better experiences.

This is Mario, at it's core, and it's so fresh and so much fun. If you haven't seen much about this game because you've been living under a rock for the past year, let me break it down. You get into a tussle with Bowser, like usual, but this time your hat gets messed up... You get a replacement hat called Cappy, he gives you the special ability to inhabit other entities... enemies, NPCs, power poles, all kinds of stuff... It's fresh, and fun, and exciting. The level design is fantastic, and the game play doesn't ever really feel "samey" at all. Give it a shot, it's a must have for Switch owners.

This is a great game period. Fun for the hole family and hard core gamers alike. If you have a Switch you need this game. If you don't have a Switch buy one and get this game.

There's a reason this is considered one of the best games on switch. I'm not much of platformer person, but my girlfriend really wanted some variety in our switch collection. And this doesn't disappoint. Lots of little nods towards the past, but so new across the board, I think you'll struggle to find anyone not liking this game. Highly recommend.

This game has it all! Exploration, awesome platforming, great humor and graphics! It's a perfect 10! If you're a Mario fan or a video game fan in general, you need this game!

Very cool game overall. Amazing graphics, great story, lots of things to do, a huge adventure. The reason why I am giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because the game is very easy. Too easy in my opinion. Would recommend this game to most unless you are looking for something challenging.

Just another hit that will keep you entertained. I'm a true gamer, meaning I play EVERY system and appreciate the experience, not just the graphics. I play on almost every platform and as always Nintendo just makes great games with great stories that are fun interactive and get alot out of the features available. If you're a pro PlayStation or Xbox or a member of the PC Master Race you are doing yourself a disservice by missing out on the other systems far less the awesome entertainment value that Nintendo has always provided with every system. Mario Odyssey is up there with Zelda Breath of the Wild, it's amazing.

My son loves this game. He hasn't beaten it yet, as he has been having fun looking around all of the levels. I have played the first few levels and really enjoyed playing.

This game has become my favorite on the Switch. So much fun to just run around and explore, and the universe really comes to life in its own way with every "land" Mario goes to. The "Cappy" mechanic isn't my favorite, but much of the time I do enjoy taking over the other living creatures in the world. Sometimes it just feels a bit forced, but it doesn't completely kill the magic of playing around in the world and getting all those moons, which are sometimes hiding in the most interesting places. Highly recommended and along with Breath of the Wild should be the two first games anyone buys on the Switch.

Another solid entry in the Mario series. This game has lots to offer for those who are looking for fun and challenge. The main story isn't hard to complete but 100% the game will take some skill. There are some gimmicky motion controls that don't ruin the game but can be frustrating. I wish there was a way to remap some functions to buttons but until then there is content that is harder to access then others.

The graphics for the Switch are great. This came is fun to even watch another person play. Throwing the hat and taking over control of enemies is a great concept as well.

Great game. This one is for the record books. It's very fun. Gameplay is very good. When you think your done, you really are not done. Highly recommend. Great gift as well.

This game ties in all the best Mario games in the best way possible. It's seamless, fun, and there is so much to do that you can play over and over and not get sick of it.
