    I purchased a digital copy of the game but unfortunately my grandchildren were not able to play it on Christmas. I got an email stating another email would come with a code and instructions on how to download the game. The second email stated "Erick, simply enter your verification code on BestBuy.com® to complete your purchase and download your digital product." And this is where things went quickly downhill. I could not find anywhere to enter the verification code that was sent in the email. I attempted to enter the verification code on the game console but that didn't work either.
