Super Mario Odyssey is an incredible experience with a ton of vast and very fun kingdoms to explore. Mario is as fun as ever to play as and the capture mechanic is a blast to play with.

Another great entry in a timeless franchise. The new things they add like the ability to turn into almost any creature is really fun and interesting. The game also looks very good.

A love letter to Mario and his series. Since 1985, Mario and his friends have given us gaming fans so much joy. Odyssey continues the trend, in an excellent way!!

I really, really wanted to give this five stars! I truly did! This is what a Mario game should be, but with a new twist. The villains are Rabits. Strange, but it works. They’re working for Mario’s main nemisis, yes we don’t even need to name him. He’s back, and per usual as kidnapped the princess. The plot jolts around them trying to steal mystical wedding artifacts to magically force the princess to marry him. Mario, and his new cap sidekick must stop them. It was a new and cute idea, but stuck close enough to the Mario we all know and love that it didn’t take away from the game one bit. It even has mid level mini worlds in old 8 bit Nintendo Mario levels to throw you back to the 80’s! It was truly a blast! The reason I can’t give this five stars is the fact Switch is basically advertised for multiplayer use as it’s main feature for on the go. So they attempted to make it multiplayer. In doing so, you think they’d add Luigi, right? No. It’s Super Mario, not Mario Brothers. So the second player is the hat. It doesn’t work. I tried multiplayer with someone who loves to play multiplayer, but the hat was such a useless “playable” character (and even calling it playable in multiplayer is kind of a joke) that she refused to play it any more after one level. It was a terrible experience. If you are looking for multiplayer games, don’t waste your money. If you’re okay with single play, it is 100% worth it! Now go jump on a turtle!

This Mario game was a great fit for our family. Everyone from us parents to the 4 year old was able to have fun navigating this new world with Mario and Cappy! Great game!

That summary says it all. This game is awesome. And when you finish there are tons of things you didn't have access to the first time through , so replay value is very high.

If you own a switch or plan on buying one this game is a must have. Dont hesitate on buying this masterpiece of a game you won't regret it

Love the return to a more Mario 64 style 3D game. Graphics are great, gameplay is awesome, story....well it's a Mario game, that's not really why you play it.

The nostalgia is strong with this one. If you're on the fence about buying a Switch or need a reason to this is it. Takes me back to the SM64 and Sunshine days.

I bought this as I was needing to increase my Switch games and I’m really glad I did. The game play is new and it really breathes new life in the Mario series.
