Makes me miss Sunshine and Galaxy, but the game is incredible and well done. Even though the Switch is not the most powerful of the current market systems, Nintendo did a wonderful job of showcasing just what the hardware of the system is capable of in the right hands.

This is the best Mario game since Super Mario 64 on Nintendo 64. The controls are simple yet difficult to master, but the game can be beaten by anyone. I wouldn't say this game is better than Zelda: Breath of the Wild, but it's definitely on my top 5 Switch games right now.

We got this game for one of our son's as a Christmas present. He loves it. He had played it before we purchased it on someone else's system, so we knew that he would like it. He did. It's one of his favorite games.

This game is well worth your money. Mario fan or not! The game has great details. Smooth gameplay and is challenging but very fun at the same time. The game is very long and will take you time to beat. However you will get immersed in this 3D world of Mario and his friends.

The game starts out a lot like Super Mario 64, for those who remember. It has some cool new ways to play a Mario game, which I can't get into without spoiling it for others. It's totally worth it if you're a Nintendo fan. If not, you will not like it. It's very childish.

Our favorite plumber is back in Super Mario Odyssey with new abilities, better graphics, and a lot of new fun! This game adds to his legacy of GREAT titles and I was sad when I finished the game. I will continue to play it though. So addictive! Don't miss out on this title.

Nintendo has hit another home run this year. First it was Zelda Breath of the Wild earlier this year now it's Super Mario Odyssey. I'm leaning towards Mario Odyssey as my game of the year just because the game is fun and it puts a smile on my face whenever I play this game.

Played single player for most of the game. Worth the time playing, but have not played with a friend. Only one to two player game.

This is a freakin' awesome Switch game(second only to Zelda BOTW). I used my Best Buy Visa offer and got certificates to purchase(I also used pricematch). The over the phone customer service was very helpful at price matching online.

I played this game and instantly loved it! The graphics are really nice and the different outfits for Mario are a nice addition. The puzzles are simple, yet still fun to play and solve. I would recommend this game

After just a few hours, I found myself getting lost in the game (in the good way). Just in the first hour I caught myself saying "wow" under my breathe. Without spoiling anything, all I can say is get it. Especially when it's on sale, it is definitely worth the money.

Absolutely hands down the best Nintendo switch game so far! I pre-ordered this game and I was not disappointed. The only problem is that I can't seem to put it down. Amazing graphics, great storyline and interesting game play. An absolute must for any Nintendo switch owner!

This is a must have game for the switch. The game play and controls are great and they brought Mario into the 21st century. There is a solid 15-20 hours of game play if you stick to the story, but so much more after you beat the game and additional content to unlock.

Mario Odyssey is almost everything you could ask for in a 3D Mario game, offering many different open world styled levels to explore, lots of items to collect, several interesting game mechanics that make traversing the levels interesting, and in general a very fresh feel.

This game is awesome! The graphics ares surreal! We play as a family and have so much fun!

So there's no beating around the bush with this game - it's the best Mario we've had since Mario 64 and really ever. If you have a Switch, you owe it to yourself to get this game. And if you don't have a Switch, this is the reason to get one. I would, however, rather give this game a 4.5 instead of a 5. This is due only to the fact that the control scheme of using a detached joycon in each hand is basically forced on you due to motion controls. While you can try to play in other configurations, some actions simply cannot be performed without this controller configuration. And this is really only a negative due to the Switch's being portable being a big selling point in it. Playing in handheld mode with the joycons attached to the sides just doesn't give you the functionality you need to really play the game. Other than that, though, this game is an absolute gem and a return to form that we haven't had since Mario Sunshine.

Im not a gamer by any means. I play some on my phone but I’ve never owned a gaming system. This is perfect for someone that’s not a game to bring with but i Can also see some advanced people getting into it. There’s so much fun things to do on it and graphics are amazing

This is game flawless. Gameplay and movement is fluid and flawless. It's what you expect from an open world Mario game and more. What's better is there is so much more to do after the credits roll. There are over 900 moons to collect! It's the perfect game for the switch
