This game brings me back to my childhood, keeping a huge smile on my face the whole time you are playing. The main game takes about 15-20 hours, but the best part of the game is after the credits roll. There is so much to do I can see myself playing this game for months.

This is without a doubt the best game I have played in over a decade. I haven't been this amazed with a Mario game since Mario 64. It lives up to all of the hype and is an absolute must play. If you don't own a Switch yet, this game is worth it alone. Welcome back Mario!

This game is fantastic as well as every other game in the Mario Franchise. I didn't think it could get any better after both of the Galaxy games and the Nintendo Franchise continues to do it again. I can't wait for the next installment to blow me away like this one did.

This game definitely brings back my nostalgia for games like Mario 64. The movement is far more fluid though and I love the new mechanics they added with the hats. There are so many collectibles as well. So overall, this is a good pick up for the pricing.

First of all, wow! Graphics are fantastic in this epic Mario journey, so much options and transformations. He has been watching multiple YouTube channels for experience but never imagined this much fun. We switched from a Wii to a Switch and all I can say is wow.

I wanted a new super mario game, other than the regulars one. So far im satisfied with the new mechanics and style of this game

This game has everything the classic MARIO games had and the new. Cappy is a great addition to the game. There are lots of Easter eggs (Moons) and everything feels very well thought out. It’s a fun game. If you enjoyed any previous MARIO titles you will like this one.

Love the game; i spend some time with the kids playing mario oddesy, graphic are good and always keeps bringing new challenges during the game

My son plays this game constantly. I love how he gets to enjoy Mario just like I did when i was his age.

This game actually took Mario in a great direction and changed up the formula a lot. I'm still searching for moons and I already beat the main story. There's also little tricks along the way to help out with the platforming elements. Don't sleep on this one.

I'm writing this review after passing the game... it's amazing! I am now spending all my free time trying to complete the game as much as I can! I can't put it down! It's my favorite game, a must have on the switch, and is only a minuscule ahead on breathe of the wild!

Such a fun game to play! You are never too old for Mario! Many of hours of play and so many different worlds to explore. Just the right amount of challenge... not too hard, but definitely not too easy either.

This is a fantastic game all around, with responsive controls, clever world design, and delightful music. I’ve played it for about 20 hours now, almost exclusively in handheld mode, but there is no trouble or slowdown when switching between modes. Great MARIO on the go!

Ecstatic would be an understatement. This might very well be my favorite game of the franchise. It keeps unfolding with secret areas to explore with more moons to collect. Replay value is high for those that like to revisit worlds to find everything. Super happy camper.

No Nintendo system is complete without the released Mario Game. I have had this one 2 other times, but this time I plan to keep it...

I haven’t played a Mario title through for a couple of decades — this title does not disappoint. The controls were a little foreign for me to adjust to initially - I had been playing Zelda and Doom on the switch mostly — but this game is a good way to spend some hours once I got adjusted. The puzzles are fresh and the characters and storyline interesting. I like the genre of Zelda more than Mario — and so I’m giving it 4/5 stars. Watch some trailers and some YouTube videos if you’re unsure — but if you’re on the fence about getting it like I was, you’ll probably enjoy playing it..

Fun game! Lots to do and explore! Definitely a classic!

I bought this game for my children and I to play last Christmas and we beat it over Christmas break. We still play this game all the time, it is so much fun. So much content, and so much to do. Well worth the money and the best mario game in a long time.
