I’m old school so I grew up playing Mario dating back to the original Nintendo console. This game is amazing! It’s for the old school, new school and those who fall some where in between. Still playing and loving it. If you have a Switch this is a must have.

Reviews are up there so I am gonna be brief if you are a true gamer regardless of what console you own you need to play this game. This is a good reason to buy a Switch. Every platformer released after this game has big shoes to fill. My Game of the year so far.

This game is truly a pleasure and such a throwback to the Super Mario franchise of days gone by. Not only do you get to play in a new 3d environment but also the old 2d environment those of us who grew up playing the original franchise loved for so many years.

I was reluctant to purchased another game system form Nintendo after the wii u. I took a chance on the switch and I have been happy purchased Zelda then Mario both games are excellent and my 10 old son can play them also. One of the best Mario games since Galaxy

Nintendo Switch seem to be the console to have in 2017 and Super Mario Odyssey is now the game to have with the console. Great game play for any age. Something for everyone even hardcore gamers. Must buy if you own or are getting the Nintendo Switch for someone.

I was starting to get burnt out on Zelda so when I got Odyssey for Christmas, I was really excited. The game has not disappointed at all and I love that there is no timer or lives so you can explore without consequences. One of my favorites of all time so far!

This game is amazing and beyond beautiful. Nintendo finally made a Mario game as good if not better than Mario 64! Getting use to using your hat takes a little time but after you get it down the games fun never ends. This game alone is worth getting the switch.

Best game since Mario Galaxy. Just buy it. The difficulty feels just right, challenging without being frustrating with plenty of replay value. All kinds of secrets/collectibles to find. The only con I can think of is that there weren't more levels..

I was hesitant at first, but turned out to be an addictive game. Game play lasts hours. Great addition to the series. The graphics are the usual Nintendo ones, but definitely worth the purchase.

Great Mario game. So much fun exploring around the open world. So much to explore and great attention to detail. Can have hours of fun and always a different experience every time you play!

It's been some time since there has been a genuine 3d adventure Mario game, or any 3d adventure game in general. After so long a drought this game doesn't just bring back the genre, it nails fun and creative game play beautifully. I highly recommend this game.

Super Mario Odyssey is not only the best Switch game, it may be the best Mario game to ever be released. I can't say enough positive things about it. Please, whatever you do, buy it. A gift for someone, a gift for your yourself, whatever. Please play this game.

This game is ridiculously good! I bought it not being the biggest Mario fanatic. I've always been a Zelda fan and would occasionally play Mario, but this game blew me away! I'm still playing it and enjoying every second of it. Highly highly recommend this game.

This is a phenomenal game. It really is. It takes a little while to get into to it, but once you do... you don't want to put it down. All the way around this is an amazing game. If you have the switch pro controller, you will appreciate this game even more!

Played single player for most of the game. Worth the time playing, but have not played with a friend. Only one to two player game.

It’s one of the best games so far ever since the Nintendo 64 console,my kids enjoyed it and I was able to sit down through out the whole game and interact with them and help them play.the combination of the retro Mario on some paths of some stages was great.

best mario game for the switch, after debating for several months on whether to buy the game or not, i finally decided to get it. and its the best choice i made. super fun and adventurous. i can easily forget about the time and get lost playing for hours!

I love Mario, played it since I was a child. This game is amazing with graphics, game play, and cute costumes. I also love the fact they mix old school with new school (you’ll see what I mean when you get it) it’s a must have for any Mario fan.
