As always, Mario delivers 100% 3D platforming fun, while managing to introduce new and innovative twists that don't detract from the classic gameplay that has made so many people life-long fans. There are lots of new elements involving the hat, and there are tons of retro references, both from the 3D era and the 2D era. Altogether, it feels like a much bigger leap than any of the other games since Mario Galaxy and does an even better job at making all those new elements more fun.

This game is challenging and fun for all ages. The price for switch games are still high, but the versatility is awesome.

This game was the second reason why I bought a Switch, and now it's the reason I suggest people to buy a Switch. The gameplay is fresh and creative, but not unfamiliar to those who have played a 3D Mario game before. The free exploration is a welcome change from the past few entries in the series, and Cappy is a helpful partner. Finding the Power Moons is a satisfying achievement, some are easy to find, some you have to work for. This game is to Mario what Breath of the Wild is to Zelda.

It's Mario, on the Switch! Controls great, lots of content and every second of it it fun. Great for all ages!

I waited a while before getting this game because I was listening to the hype about it being, yet again, a Mario great. The last game I got was Super Mario on the Wii, and I STILL get excited when I hear about it. This one right here is Mario 64 on some new stuff! You don't have things that you are use to, but CAPPY is by far my new best friend! Who knew you could be a Dino, Koopa, Yoshi, FIREBALL all in one game with the flick of a hat. If you like Mario, it's a must have!

Mario's back in this game for all ages. There are so many hidden treasures in this game, you'll be coming back for more!

The New Super Mario Odyssey Game is very Addictive fun also the open world is full of excitement very beautiful graphics.

The game is challenging and fun for all users. My daughter enjoys it but so do I. Everyone loves Mario! And the switch :)

This game is one of the best games of the year and a must buy on the Switch. The level design and gameplay is a blast.

Some games are must-haves when a new system comes out. For Nintendo, it's always had the triumvirate of Mario, Zelda, and Metroid as those games that are so good, they justify buying the system to play them. This is Super Mario Odyssey, a massive feature-rich adventure to save Princess (yet again!), with a massive array of unique powerups and costumes to wear as you battle through levels, jump through puzzles, while collecting coins and saving everyone from Bowser and his minions!

Lots of levels and enemies to control. Easy to beat the game but lots of content left after that. Fun for all!

This is my second Nintendo Switch game (MK8 was first) and I must say this game is complete fun. I haven't played any Mario games since the SNES days and I must say this one is fun. Lots of room to explore but not too much where you get lost too easy. There is assist mode which helps you out with arrows that show you which way to go if you feel you need it. Great colors that remind me of the old days, I still remember getting the NES with Super Mario Bros, Duck Hunt, and the gyro game.

Mario is Back and baby is this game fun. There is a lot of exploration in the game the controls are simple enough but some of the motion controls are a little frustrating at times to get precise. Game has countless hours of content with the many different worlds to explore.

Worth every penny and a must own for the SWITCH, The best level design, best music, best controls, fun story. Mamma Mia!

The grandkid LOVES this. It is hard to say "I'm bored" with this. He plays it with his dad too. He is a big Mario fan!!

This game is amazing. Reminds me of playing super Mario 64 as a kid. Definitely a must have for every switch owner

Nintendo has done it again! After Breath of the Wild, they gave Mario the same open world treatment and it is fantastic!

One of the best Mario games since Mario Galaxy and Galaxy 2. This game is amazing. There is a return to a large hub world that is open to you, almost like the old Delfino Plaza and Peach's Castle in Mario 64. I like this better than the level select options of the Galaxy games. Additionally, Cappy is a unique partner and the first time you take over a T-rex will be very exciting. Overall, this is one of the most fun games I have played in a long, long while.

It took me a moment to post a review because the first thing I did was start the download and jump into the game. I never flipped it, and it was the perfect time to pick it up. ^_^
