Best mario game to date. Amazing graphics and such a cool open world game

Best game I've played on this system, great graphics and good story line,

I’d like to say that this is the best Mario game of all time but, all fans know that that crown belongs to Super Mario 3. Could this be the closest runner-up? I think so. It’s an incredible open world format game that’s not too hard for kids and will keep gamers of all generations entertained for a long time.

SUPER MARIO ODYSSEY is the best 3D Mario game since Mario 64 and Galaxy. While Galaxy was more of a 3D linear experience, Odyssey goes back to the sandbox style of game play pioneered in Mario 64. This game is spectacular and runs at a very good pace. Visually the game is stunning in both docked and portable modes. Do youself a favor and pick up this amazing Switch game.

Amazing! Reminds me of Mario 64, but with improved graphics and controls.

I have to say that this is one of the most fun games I've played in a long time. There is very little difficulty when compared to most games but what's nice about it is that the game itself isn't tense and it's more about running around and exploring a colorful world. It's the kind of game you can sit down and play for an hour and laugh at after a stressful day.

This game is one of the best mario games along with other super mario bros games. Like most Mario games, it’s an exploration game to find moons and power up the ship thing to rescue peach from bowser. The story concept is pretty much the same for all Mario games but the graphics has gotten much better.

Being able to control the hat is interesting and fun. Solid story to it

My son loves Mario! For the longest time he has watched videos of others playing this game, now its his turn to actually play it! He is so glad to finally play it and he loves it! Mario is magic!

Mario Odyssey has given my family fun and excitement. I have to admit we had to use ‘assisted mode’ for a while and do some reading (LOL), but it was worth it. The great part is seeing our son’s excitement as he accomplishes each level. Mario games have always been great family games and we love that is family-friendly fun game that we all can enjoy. Thanks Nintendo!

In any other world this would be the best Mario game ever made, but unfortunately for Odyssey, we live in a world with SUPER MARIO BROS. 2!!!!!!!

Mario Odyssey is a fantastic game that is great for kids and adults. Being able to seamlessly change worlds any time you like is a great new addition to the Mario franchise. Each world is packed with collectibles which will keep you coming back to each world for more fun. This game has a ton of post game content that will keep you glued to your screen for weeks to come.

Such a good game, with nice subtle and enjoyable callbacks to previous titles in the series. Mario Odyssey is a fun game that rewards explorers, and there's a lot to explore in this semi-open terrain sandbox game. I've spent hours playing and haven't even finished the game, as exploring and finding the Moons that you collect hidden around the Kingdoms is so much fun.

Mario 3D masterpiece. The nostalgia this game has given me starting out is incredible. The flow of movement is fantastic and the timeless graphics will allow it to last for many years. All the sights and sounds of a Mario and you get to chuck your hat in an oddly satisfying way and things.

Excellent game! Reminds me of an updated Mario 64. Worth the purchase

Perfect story perfect music perfect graphics so fun for everyone

I didn't think that Breath of the Wild would be topped let alone in the same year. Mario Odyssey exudes charm -- there isn't a minute where I played where I didn't consciously recognize I was having an absolute blast. Every area is intricately designed and the enemies abilities are so unique as to make most encounters fresh and new. I cannot recommend this game enough.

Both kids enjoy playing the game, easy to learn and lots of fun.
