It has been a while since I played a game simply for fun. I generally play to compete or take in a story. This game is nothing but fun. It has a special charm that will steal your heart.

I played the demo version. When the Nintendo World Championship happened and from what I played it was just awesome. Controls felt solid and gameplay reminded me so much of Mario Sunshine

Great single player game with plenty to look for. Lovely settings with attention to detail, and some replay value in its races. Only downside is how easily it becomes a scavenger hunt.

I’m a 35 year old man, with no children but grew up on Mario, and I am not ashamed to say that this is a really fun game that can be played casually or those looking for a challenge.

Bought for my grandson and granddaughter. They love it.

This game has outstanding details. From inside jokes to graphics, it is a pleasure to play. The combat can become repetitive, but the worlds have so much to offer for exploration.

Like Mario 64 on steroids. The game is beautiful, fun, and easy to pick up. Works especially well on mobile AND on the TV. The cappie gameplay really is innovative and is so much fun!

I love how expansive the game is. The placement of the moons make it even more fun and challenging. I haven't played a Mario game since Mario 64 and I'm glad I picked up this game!

This is truly a stellar game.... like Zelda is. If you like Mario games, it even has some 2d scrolling built in for a little nostalgia, you will enjoy this game. Highly recommended

Fun game, my son loves it and I’ve played a bit too. Motion controls work with the controllers or can use buttons too. Would buy again.

This game has me stuck to it, I can’t put it down I feel the same happiness I did as a kid playing Super Mario 64 for the first time definitely a must have for any switch owner

Pretty good game only down side is that it’s kind of a shot end game so it’s like 12-15 hours of game play but it didn’t disappoint throughout those hours of gameplay I finished the game the next day after I bought it

Such a great game! We completed the main story in about 10 hours, but then the whole world(s) opened up and we had so much more to explore. And yes, we, this is a great two player game!

Game has great graphics, fun to play. Similar to Odyssey. It gets kind of repetitive though.

If you loved Mario 64 (like I do), you will love this game. I haven't played a 3D Mario game since the N64, but this brings all of that great nostalgia back in full force.

This game is pure joy to play. Believe every review, every friend, every friend's mom. You won't have more fun on any console. Buy this even if you don't have a Switch. It's that good.

Have not played very long, but so far this game has been great. Love the open sandbox style amd there's a lot of little hidden puzzles to figure out. Can't wait to finish this game.
