I bought the nintendo switch to play this mario and zelda game. It's really fantastic. It was worth every penny. It's much better to buy a cartridge than a game online because when I get tired of this game I can still sell it and buy another unreleased game. It was a great deal.

The Most Fun You'll Have with the Switch

This is one of those things where I say "where do I begin..." This game is just a lot of fun and I find myself getting lost in it and where I only intended to play for a few minutes it quickly turns into hours. Also as a someone who takes the train to work it makes my commute fly by. If you were a big fan of Mario 64 than this game will take you back to that era. There is all kinds of exploring to do and I suggest you look up down and all around to find those moons you need to power your ship. If you have a Switch this is a must buy.

Aside from Breath of the Wild, this is the best game released thus far on the Switch. Tons of fun and TONS of content. Well worth the money.

The best Mario game ever!!!! Not only does it surpass every plat-former and set a new standard. It delivers in every way that makes you think how do they come up with this stuff. This game is to the Switch what Mario 64 was to the N64. My pick for game of the year. Yes over all the amazing releases this year. Nintendo - The Master Of Fun! In a world were 4k this and iphonex that. The switch which could be considered a primitive console compare to the competition, destroys everyone and everything that you think you know about gaming.

Fun gameplay, unique worlds with lots of collecting. Has a variety of costumes and a whole new move set ! Haven't played a Mario game since Super Mario 64 and it brings back that feeling of playing that game for the first time. My one issue with the game is forced motion controls. I wish all moves and their entirety were able to be done on controller without being forced to use motion controls. You'll be limited to higher jumps, faster rolls, unique attacks on the motion controller. Some of the attacks can be done, though they require a different movement prior to attack, which therefore takes time and is not as great to do. Really wish these controls were 100% on controller. The joycons are too small for me and I find all the flicking of them to do moves gets a bit old. I also find it quite annoying because it doesn't come out every time or comes out or is used during times I don't want motion controls as well, such as looking through my first person view. But other than the controller issues, game is great and it's still fun, just really hope they can implement better controls for regular controllers/docked so you can do all the movements (there are many buttons that are repeated moves which could be used).

    Best Nintendo Switch Game Period

This is by far the best game I bought for my Nintendo Switch. The levels are humongous, and there is still so much to do even after you beat the story mode. The controls are simple, easy to learn. The game is easy to understand, yet challenging enough so that it doesn't seem too easy. There are literally thousands of secrets hidden throughout the game as there should be in a true Mario game. Don't think twice and buy this game. FYI this is really a one player game, but there is a two player mode in which one player is Cappy.
