this game is excellent! Tubular Level design, with each world full of INSANE secrets and fun places to explore and discover. Mario's Jump Man JUMPS! RUNS and, WAHOOOOOS his way through kingdom after kingdom, stealing the souls of his enemies and occupying their hollow shells! what more could you want? EXTREME! ACTION! FUN! another great switch game a must play if you like playing Mario games alot different costumes for Mario along with levels with moons to collect. and once u beat it the first time there even more to do after lots of content and Nintendo keeps updating it with new costumes. far as best buys shipping it came in excellent condition and on time.

I usually stay away from Mario games because I can never seem to get the controls down precisely. I decided to check this out since it got rave reviews. For some reason, these controls feel much tighter and I can put Mario exactly where he should be all the time. The story is interesting, the game mechanics are great. It's a great game for any age.

I’ve been wanting Odyssey for literally years, and finally was able to snatch it up on a really good Black Friday deal. From what I’ve played of it so far, it’s genuinely so much fun and a really great time. I’m enjoying it so much as a longtime Super Mario Bros. fan.

If you're looking for the first game to get after getting your switch, this is it. Graphics look great on the switch and on the TV, music and sound effects are pretty cool, game play isn't too hard and easily done at your own leisure. It's fun to explore around every "level". Mario's move lists are expanded which makes traversing through the game more fun.

Most people talk about Breath of the Wild, but for me, Odyssey was the Switch's first truly great game. It has fun, unique worlds that you won't find in any other Mario game and interesting new traversal mechanics. I wish it had more difficult platforming, but it's about the journey more than difficulty. Good for kids.

One of the best 3D mario games out there even after this many years out

Fantastic game. As is expected from Nintendo, super polished and runs like a dream on the Switch. The controls are fun and intuitive and the story is just great. All around a home run game for Mario fans and adventure game fans alike. A must have for every Switch owner!

Super Mario Odyssey is a great game for all ages. It has a straightforward path for those that want to just play through the story, which is relatively easy. It also has a ton of extra challenges for completionists. The controls are rock solid, and Odyssey is a beauty to see and hear as well. If you own a Switch, you owe it to yourself to get this game.

This game is packed full of imagination and tight gameplay. It’s a little bit easy like most Mario games. Most of the 800+ power moons are not that difficult to collect and some feel repetitive. I’m not really into speed running, but this is a really great game for trying to play through as quickly as you can after you beat it the first time.

I got this game as a birthday present for my nephew and he loved it, was going off about it. I believe he finished the game in 3 days (he's a gamer) and I saw the final challenge, great story!! Great graphics!! definitely worth the money. Side note, heard Illusion and Nintendo are talking about a Mario movie, should be coming out in 2019? so excited!!

A true masterpiece, controlling Mario has never been so fluid. The open world experience offered through each level is stunning. Music and visuals overpower Mario galaxy making it a true successor to the franchise. I recommend you don't miss out on this experience.

This game is a very well executed and entertaining return to true 3D Mario. It reminded me of many of the experiences I first felt as a kid playing Mario 64. It is an enormous, whimsical game world perfect for Mario. There is so much to explore and do with hundreds of quests and challenges to keep any Mario fan well entertained!

If I could give this game 10 stars, I would. You can be anyone in this game, and do so much. It's a combination of all Marios put together. And playing on the go is so much fun. The Pro controller is better for game play, but aside from the campaign, there's a lot to do. Every Switch owner needs to buy this, and it's a great reason to buy a Switch.

Super Mario Odyssey is one of the best Mario games that I have ever played. It combines elements from all the previous Mario games and combines them one excellent adventure. There’s hours of fun to have, moons to collect, and secrets to find. It’s a instant classic. Super Mario Odyssey is a must buy if you own a Nintendo switch.

This is such a fun game! I wasn't sure how 2-player would work since only one person can be Mario, but the hat has plenty of things to do too, so it's fun! There are so many levels and so many things to find. We've played for many hours, and still haven't gotten to the end. I highly recommend if you like these types of games!

My favorite mario has always been Mario 64. The Mario sunshine and the galaxy’s just didn’t itch the scratch I had for a true 64 sequel. Odyssey is as close to a sequel as you’re going to get. I really enjoyed it and still have plenty of hours left in the game. The main story is a little short, and easy for my taste, but it’s truly a masterpiece.

If you like Super Mario 64, this is basically that game but on a much, much larger scale. Mario controls great and there are tons and tons of secrets to find and objectives to complete. The game is incredibly fun, although it is also quite easy. Capturing enemies is fun and their powers make the game feel fresh constantly. Would highly recommend!
