This game is not like the old Mario that I am used to, it's just another Mario game. For those who like Mario, it's ok. My kids enjoy it and they spent some time on it.

This game touches on all aspects of a gamer. Puzzles, adventure and action all wrapped up into one. Money well spent for any gamer looking for a good clean fun game.

Not sure about 3d Mario, but it's Mario so I can't hate it.

The game is easy to get into and the graphics and design are welcoming. The only minor complain is that the motion controls are initially a little awkward to get used to

I'm a huge Mario fan. The original Mario Bros. is what initially got me into video games. This is the most fun Mario game I've ever played. The capture mechanic is both fun and hilarious. Even after beating the main story, there is a ton of end game collectibles and challenges.

It has Mario going all around the world and completing various task. I like the graphics. Good for kids age 4-10 years .

This game is on my grandson's Christmas list and Best Buy had a great price so I purchased it for him. He'll be excited since he's been wanting it for some time. He loves his Nintendo Switch and all the games that go with it.

10 year old son liked it, maybe not loved it though. Fun graphics, a little too much goin got sometimes for the parents to enjoy

great game. fun responsive and insanely charming. the amount of variety of options you have to optimize mario's movements is staggering. must have for switch owner's.

My 12 year old watched others play this game in you tube before getting the Switch. We bought 3 games and this is the one he plays most. It’s better than he hoped. You can do two player but the second player is the “hat” of the character. It’s really designed for one player.

If you’re buying a switch this is the game you should start of playing. Odyssey is such a fun game to play for all ages. Buying the digital version is really easy if your worried about that. I recommend digital games for switch, I would lose the game cards.

Odyssey is a fantastic follow up to Mario 64, a 3D Mario adventure through worlds with plenty to do in each world. There's so much to do that it takes multiple times going through each world to collect all the moons, in difficult challenges and hidden areas.

I was a little bit hesitatn as to how the games were going to be different from the other Nintendo products that I have had. Not a problem! Great game for all levels!

My youngest and I played this game quite often even after beating it. We enjoy being able to play two players even though one person is Mario and the other person plays as a hat. It’s still fun.
