Preorder was on time and ready to be picked up. Walked in and out with the game in less than 5 minutes.

Pre order the game 3 weeks ago picked up today wanted to tote bag but I didn’t get it but other peoples order behind the counter had them

They shipped me a really ugly version of this game that had a few inch giant promo on the bottom. You ARE NOT getting the case you see here, you're getting one with a giant ad.

I pre ordered but was told it would he ready until the day after release i walked back got the game on the shelf… told them well you had one so check me out they said i cant so that so i canceled my pre order and bought the game…. Super stupid system they have going!

Pre ordered weeks ago and didn't get the pre order free item (tote bag). Quite unfortunate - I only pre prdered a physical copy from Best Buy because my daughter thought it was cool and wanted to carry her games in it.

This rating is for Best Buy’s poor preordering system. Ordered months ago and my order is missing/lost. What was the point of preordering if I can’t get it on time? Cancelled and will never preorder from Best Buy again.

Once again preordered item not ready on release date. Yet there was about five preordered items ready for other customers.

Been waiting over a month for the pre order bonus!!
