Not a great purchasing experience

My online order, placed in early December, seemed to have disappeared in transit. The rep who assisted me in the online chat committed to overnight it to me as a replacement for the lost item. I let her know that I had it shipped to work, and I was concerned about a closure for the holidays. I was assured it would be there the next day, only to get a shipping delay notice. Needless to say I ran to Target, got the game for my child, and finally received the item shipped from Best Buy after Christmas. To be clear, it arrived before Christmas but as I mentioned to the rep, our company's internal shipping causes a 1 to 2 day delay and I missed the item before shut down. Super disappointing. Best Buy is no longer giving me any sort of incentive to shop with the company. Now I dread fighting the massive lines in the store to make a return.
