If you've got the time to dedicate to it, it could be fun, but I guess I just expected it to be more fast-paced than it is.

I never played the ones before 4, and I remember 7 to be decent. This was one of the first games I bought for the switch and honestly I was disappointed. The board game isn’t even half as fun and the games aren’t that good. Maybe I’m old and wrong.

It's basically a board game with short extra games thrown in. Games are easy to pick up and varied, which is good because different players have opportunities to excel at the mini-games.

Fun mini games
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The mini games are great with good variety, as long as you don't have to have a computer player on your team as they have no idea what they are doing. The Mario Party game mode is very slow and tedious for an hour long "board game" style competition you only play 10, thirty seconds mini games.
