This is a great update of the Mario Party franchise and super fun to play. Both me and my 8 year old daughter love it!

The mini games are still great and the classic boardgame mode is still great. I really enjoyed some of the new formats, like the river paddle, but it took me off guard at first. It's a nice rework of Party though.

The whole family loves this game as we can all play against each other. Certainly a centerpiece of the Switch gaming system!

The cause of many fun moments with friends and family. The mini-games are fun and creative and the different modes increases the longevity of the game. It would be nice to see more game boards to play on though.

Slightly more difficult to control some of the movements in the mini games compared to the Wii version, but stays true to the game. I like the new boards and the river games too.

I have been a fan of mario party for such a long time. I was so excited for the new iteration and I bought it day 1! I will admit that it is a ton of fun to play with friends. The new style of gameplay and the new minigames are amazing. That being said, I found that there wasn't much to the game after a feew hours. It seems that there are less boards and less mingames than the previous iterations, that was the upsetting part for me. If this game had more content it would be 5/5 stars for sure. Still worth the purchase if you are into fun party games.
