This game is fun, but there is not as much stuff to do in it as was stated in the description. The dance party and rafting is the best part.

This game is full of mini games, easy to understand, so easy that you can invite someone who is not a frequent gamer and have fun playing with them, close to a board game.

Super fun game to play with the family. I have been playing this game with the kids since Christmas. I like that there’s different version to play then just the game board type game. This has always been one of my favorite games growing up so I’m happy they keep making new version. It’s really fun playing this on the switch compared to the older consoles.

I’ve always been a fan of the mario party games and was really excited for a new one that went back to its roots. Me, my girlfriend and friends all have an amazing time playing it. Only complaint is the size of the boards and lack of boards. Can get repetitive sometimes but the mini games make up for everything and the custom dice blocks is a really cool feature. Definitely should get this game for local playing.

My daughters love playing this game. Best Buy had the best price on the game in the surrounding area. They had been asking for this game for a few weeks and this is a great game for them!

Super Mario Party is much better than the last two awful installments in the franchise. However, while the mini-games are enjoyable and the modes can be pretty fun, everything seems a tad lacking... There aren't many boards for regular and partner party, and you can't even play through boards in the online mode. The boards that do exist are small, and while the change between the regular boards and partner boards are interesting, it doesn't make up for the lack of board size. Overall, this game is fun and a noticeable improvement from their previous direction with the series... but much more work still needs to be done.

I bought this game with the hope that it would be a fun way for my wife and I to spend time with our kids. My expectations have absolutely been met. I was a little concerned about the difficulty of some of the mini-games since my six year old twins are novice gamers at best, but have had almost no difficulty playing them. Best of all, they have so much fun they look forward to playing Mario Party every weekend.

My kids love playing this game! Makes for a good time with the whole family

This game is very fun for me, my wife and 6yr old but a majority of the games are difficult for my 3yr old and the different dice they both dont understand. Very fun though.

Classic game! Classic characters and great gameplay and graphics!!

This is, so far, the most fun multiplayer game on the Switch. There is a large variety of mini-games and they each use the system and controller in a unique way. Minor changes to the larger game board system give it a nice balance between skill and luck. I'm a little disappointed that you can't play this in handheld mode at all and you basically need another pair of joy cons to really get the most out of it which run you another $80. If you have a group to play with though it's definitely worth it.

It's been a long time since playing Super Mario Party and I'm glad Nintendo brought this game to the Switch. Loving the new game boards and new characters, but wish that Nintendo would have accepted the pro controller and the handheld mode to play if it's just you alone besides just one joy con. Also the minigames are really fun and still getting used to the controls with one joy con since i'm used to playing the switch with the pro controller and the handheld mode but eventually I'll get use to it

Overall this is a lot of fun. The different boards provide variety, and there are some extra options with ways to just play mini-games, or try some collaborative games that add a little spice. Hopefully there will eventually be an update that provides another board or two, though; that's the one place that the game could greatly improve. Since Nintendo's been good about adding more features (both through purchased DLC as well as just free updates), it's hopefully not too much to hope for. Still, even with only the main boards present, this is perfect for a group of friends and/or family to spend an evening with.

Great game easy to use lot of minigames to play with the kids grate for family fun

This game is slightly lacking when compared to other recent Mario Party games. The online mode only offers 10 mini games of which you play a random 5. Some of the new games are great and the ones using the HD rumble are the highlight of the game. There are only 4 different boards and nothing special about the standard version. The team mode allows for 2 people to play against 2 others and offers slightly more interesting items. Important to know that you must play a lot of the standard board game to unlock the ability to just play mini games. The $60 price is kind of high but I do enjoy playing this game with friends.

Great game for kids and adults both. So many different things to do and easy to play.

Thoroughly enjoyed this. Great fun. They went back to the individual character boards. I liked that, but it makes it a little harder for young littles to play when the board has multiple fork options. A lot more stopping to assist. Would be cool to see if they implement both type of boards in the next one I love that still keep so many ways to play the minigames
