I love this game. It has been out for awhile now but it is TIMELESS. The team one is a good feature if competitiveness in your relationship gets to a dangerous level and you would like to communicate and work together instead of a heated competition.

Can’t go wrong with a Mario Party game. Bought it to play with my 5 year old daughter. She enjoys the mini games when I explain to her what she needs to do. Probably meant for older children. But when they get used to it they’re just as skilled as an adult.

Overall this game is great. There are so many games to play and it's enjoyable for almost everyone. I do have two minor complaints though, but they're just my opinion. First, I wish you you could other controllers besides the tiny little joy con controller. For kids they might be okay, but either way they aren't very comfortable to use. Second, the instructions during the game play aren't always the most clear. Small details, but just wanted to share them.

Such a fun game! We play it quite often with the family. It has 4 different sites for main game, and a lot of additional games. Our favorites are paddling, baseball and The Main Stage. This game is awesome and worth every penny!

Fun game that I have been genuinely enjoying with friends. There aren't many map selections which wouldn't be a problem but they all seem pretty small as well compared to old versions, so it can get repetitive. I'd recommend if you have people to play with but do not find it as fun when trying solo. If you can grab while its discounted, I think it'd be a nice group game.

My first experience of Mario Party was on the Wii. I am not going to lie. Some of the games are creepy, but the game just keeps you wanting to play more. There is just something so magical and enticing about never knowing if you will dominate or get dominated. This game is a must own for the Switch.

Fun game overall. Includes the typically board game play of previous Mario Parties and some variations. A lotttt of minigames. There's continually new areas that open up as you play which was a nice surprise. It a nice standard game to have. Its good for casual and individual play or as a "party game".

Best entry in the Mario Party series in ages! Gameplay is super fun and new modes they added (e.g., Partner Play and River Survival) are lots of fun too. My girlfriend, who isn't a gamer, really enjoys playing too! I just wish they had more than 4 game boards - I hope they add more via DLC in the future.

This is definitely a group party game. Solo players will find some enjoyment, but it will get old very soon. There are only a handful of game boards, but the two versus two game mode plays out more like a turn based strategy role playing game, which uses the same boards but with different movement tiles.

This game is absolutely amazing to play as a group. It uses the joycons, so make sure you have enough for each family member to use a half joycon (one side of the set of two that get used together with most games). It's also not too difficult for an eight year old.

This is a great game, my fiancé and I have a blast playing it, while it can be frustrating at times because there really is no way to truly be good at this game, there is a big lug factor it is still fun because it keeps the game interesting and anyone really can’t win which makes it exciting to play!

I purchased this game about two weeks ago and so far I love it. One of the features I like is that you can choose how long you want the game to last 1hr, 2hrs, etc. Great if you have kids and only want them to play for a certain amount of time. It is also great for all ages. The tasks in the game are simple enough for young children but also very fun for adults. You can also choose the level of difficulty at the beginning of the game. One thing I didn’t realize before buying this game was that you have to use the joy con controllers and wrist straps to play, so if you have a pro controller, I’m not sure it would work with this game.? Side note: Be careful when attaching and releasing the joy con straps from the joy con controllers. I didn’t realize that the plus and negative signs on the controller need to match the signs on the straps and put the plus sign with the minus sign and now the track on the strap is bent and doesn’t come off very easy anymore. Luckily you can buy replacement straps cheap from GameStop $5. Overall, great game!

I purchased this game so I could play with my kids. They are both 4 and below, and most of the mini games in Mario party are within their grasp to understand. There are a few games and modes that I have to coach them on though. Overall a very fun game which keeps us laughing and smiling the whole time.

YES! They finally got rid of the everyone moving in a car mechanic to the boards. It plays like the classic style MP games. Also if you have friends some of the games can use two different switch screens. Also both people DO NOT need to own the game to play which is pretty rad. Lots of unlockables too.

I purchased this for my son's girlfriend for Christmas. I am sure she will love it because she was so excited just telling me about it!

The grandchildren are the owners of the “switch” and currently with the game that was included with that purchase. The Super Mario Party s the first that all four can use, not only as a single player and multiple players. The fact that you can network over two Switches is great, can’t wait to try.

Great Mario party experience that calls back to it's GameCube days. Traditional board game style game play that differs from recent Mario party entries. There are only 4 boards, but it contains a co-op river rafting experience. Great game for young kids and adults.

My nephew loved the game for his birthday. He said he was hoping he would get it for his birthday. He said it was the best gift ever!

I played this before i baught it a my sister has the game and she doesnt always like playing it so it was the first game i chose to get when i ordered my switch
