It is a very fun game, and it is worth trying if you are looking for a good game to play with a group. You don’t have to enjoy other Mario games to enjoy this one, as I personally do not enjoy other Mario games.

Fun game overall. Includes the typically board game play of previous Mario Parties and some variations. A lotttt of minigames. There's continually new areas that open up as you play which was a nice surprise. It a nice standard game to have. Its good for casual and individual play or as a "party game".

Best entry in the Mario Party series in ages! Gameplay is super fun and new modes they added (e.g., Partner Play and River Survival) are lots of fun too. My girlfriend, who isn't a gamer, really enjoys playing too! I just wish they had more than 4 game boards - I hope they add more via DLC in the future.

This is definitely a group party game. Solo players will find some enjoyment, but it will get old very soon. There are only a handful of game boards, but the two versus two game mode plays out more like a turn based strategy role playing game, which uses the same boards but with different movement tiles.

Mario Party Superstars is an amalgamation of some of the best boards, minigames, mechanics, and quality of life improvements from the whole series, resulting in the best Mario Party has been in a very long time.

This is a great game, my fiancé and I have a blast playing it, while it can be frustrating at times because there really is no way to truly be good at this game, there is a big lug factor it is still fun because it keeps the game interesting and anyone really can’t win which makes it exciting to play!

This is a great game to play with the family and younger children. The minigames are interactive and require you to work together with your opponents. Plus there was a recent update that added more maps so there is replayability in this game.

Fun for kids and adults. Online play has worked flawlessly so far. In classic Nintendo fashion, online play is clearly a bolted-on afterthought, but I’m glad they added it in the most recent update! Taking off a star because you MUST use a single joycon per player, no exceptions. I understand why, but it requires you to spend more money to play with more than two people.

I purchased this game about two weeks ago and so far I love it. One of the features I like is that you can choose how long you want the game to last 1hr, 2hrs, etc. Great if you have kids and only want them to play for a certain amount of time. It is also great for all ages. The tasks in the game are simple enough for young children but also very fun for adults. You can also choose the level of difficulty at the beginning of the game. One thing I didn’t realize before buying this game was that you have to use the joy con controllers and wrist straps to play, so if you have a pro controller, I’m not sure it would work with this game.? Side note: Be careful when attaching and releasing the joy con straps from the joy con controllers. I didn’t realize that the plus and negative signs on the controller need to match the signs on the straps and put the plus sign with the minus sign and now the track on the strap is bent and doesn’t come off very easy anymore. Luckily you can buy replacement straps cheap from GameStop $5. Overall, great game!

My five-year-old daughter absolutely loves this game. I got her a Nintendo switch for Christmas and couldn’t really find a game that we could both play together. Back from my childhood I remember this being the best. We play it all the time.

I purchased this game so I could play with my kids. They are both 4 and below, and most of the mini games in Mario party are within their grasp to understand. There are a few games and modes that I have to coach them on though. Overall a very fun game which keeps us laughing and smiling the whole time.

YES! They finally got rid of the everyone moving in a car mechanic to the boards. It plays like the classic style MP games. Also if you have friends some of the games can use two different switch screens. Also both people DO NOT need to own the game to play which is pretty rad. Lots of unlockables too.

Great Mario party experience that calls back to it's GameCube days. Traditional board game style game play that differs from recent Mario party entries. There are only 4 boards, but it contains a co-op river rafting experience. Great game for young kids and adults.

I Absolutely love the MP’s and have played them since I was a kid growing up. I can honestly say that besides the graphics, the baseball mini game and River rafting mini game, I’d have a funnier time with the old school MP’s. I can’t believe how small the boards are and just the limits they have. Eh not worth for me.

as the name implies, a fantastic game with friends in a social gathering. In times of covid, it would be nice to see the game have an online aspect to safely play with friends from afar, but fun nonetheless. Requires the traditional switch, not the switch lite.

I love this game. I have loved Mario Party since the first one and this one is no exception. Highly recommended!

The grandchildren are the owners of the “switch” and currently with the game that was included with that purchase. The Super Mario Party s the first that all four can use, not only as a single player and multiple players. The fact that you can network over two Switches is great, can’t wait to try.

So Very good quality and very smooth running no issue at all and my kids really enjoying it.

Game has an intened audience of children but its still fun to play while not being an adult as long as you have friends. Annnndd maybe a lil alcohol
