It doesnt hold up to the older Mario Parties. This was a cash grab for nintendo

Very boring game and not as fun as advertised sold it already

Played it a few times and now its collecting dust on the TV stand.

Remote setup sucks. Kids said its to difficult to play the way they have the remote setup.

I bought this game not realizing it wasn’t compatible with the Lite. If there is a specific spot where it says whether a game can be played in handheld mode, I haven’t found it. All the other Mario games we got have not disappointed so I’m sure this one is a great choice too.. just not for the Lite. :(

My first negative review. This game is just not like the classic...

Mario party brings memories.. but nothing like MP for N64. But ok for the new generation

Name brand being abused by this monstrosity! Mario party was always a great game, but without an option to use a different control than the joy con it seems like most motion control non sense. These games were only great before the motion controls came around. Trying to incorporate these controls ruins games!!!

Fun game for playing with friends. If you have a Switch, worth getting.

The last time I played a Mario party was 3 when it first came out. The level design seems really generic, the fact that you can’t play full games online with friends, even after Nintendo released their new online feature. Still a fun party game if you have 3 other people with you.

WARNING: GAME REQUIRES JOYCON USE! While this game is pretty much everything I'd wanted as a fan of the Mario Party franchise, it was a huge let down to see that players are required to use joycons for all of the games. I.e., Pro controllers don't work by design.
