Fun but the boards are lacking
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's still a fun game and I like that there are a few different modes (as well as getting rid of the terrible idea of everyone traveling around the board in the same cart) but I mainly play Mario Party for the main mode and the boards for it are pretty mediocre. There are only 4 boards and they aren't designed well, very small and straightforward, with not much creativity. If you still have the Nintendo Wii, I think Mario Party 8 is my favorite version, where the boards mixed things up a bit, like the Monopoly-stlye board that had you deposit coins into hotels to get stars, or the Bowser board in space, where the main goal was to get items to try and steal stars from each other.
