It's okay. The original is better. I don't even understand how I afforded this game with my unhealthy Amiibo buying habits, but somehow I did. Anyway, I would recommend the original 100%. This is faithful to an unfortune fault and it hurts the overall experience. If you have to try it, get it on sale.

The game is fun but I can see how someone without the nostalgia facto might be disappointed. The mechanics feel a bit outdated by today's standard. Not a full on remake.

If you've never played any of the Mario RPG games, this remake is a good place to start. This is a turn-based RPG, so avoid this if you don't like that style of game.

Love this game I just forgot how short it was. For 60 bucks it’s just not worth it. P

Bought this for my wife who played the original SNES game when she was a kid. She enjoyed it and the only complaint was the style of the character designs. It is like they took the old sprites and made them 3D, and they look weird compared to other 3D Mario characters from other Mario games.

Justa rehash of old stuff, nothing fresh or new. but my grandkids are totally into Mario and don't know about the old-school action so it's worth it for them.

I love Mario but this one is a little harder to know where to go. you don't just move from world to world. I am sure I figure it out.

i think the new art style is missing something that the original had, but overall great game.

really love the game so far. also like that you can choose between the new soundtrack and the classic soundtrack

Good game, but a little monotonous for younger kids.

Mechanics are a little dated, but a great revisit for those that missed it growing up.

The grand children love the game and enjoy the family time it creates.

Only bad thing is its 1 player overall a its a great game!!!
