I bought this one strictly on that alone. The only downside that I would say is the controls feel really loose. Most of the game modes are fun enough to play that it's not that big of a deal in a party setting but when trying to play single player it can be annoying. Don't expect much in the way of story though. If you played the original not bad memory lane but if this is your first time maybe rent first.

Good monkey ball HD version

This game is a good fun and I have always enjoyed it as a party game.

It felt a bit rushed. The level design was awesome, but the difficulty spiked super hard around halfway. It sufferers from the same problem that Sonic games do - in order to make it hard, they remove the key element that makes the game fun (going fast and controlling the ball well). Would not recommend for anyone that's not a hardcore fan.

Here's to hoping. The game is really fun and hope to see more content. Sonic being added was a cool touch
