Great system. Excellent games and very easy to use.

I always loved Super Nintendo. Glad they came back with a Classic Edition with just 20+ games. This mini system still rocks. Enjoyed playing Super Mario, Super Mario Kart, and Zelda. Can't wait to play Star Fox 2. Surprised Best Buy had some laying around. This thing is still getting sold out fast. Get it when you see it.

I grew up playing NES and SNES with my brother and this purchase brought me right back to those good ol' days. I'm so glad I was able to buy this recently as I missed out on the initial offering from Nintendo when they first released it. I also have the NES Classic, which is awesome by the way, and this SNES Classic is just as great! Although it only has 20 games (NES Classic has 30), I feel that's still plenty to keep you busy for a long, long time! You're allowed multiple save points for each game which is awesome. Even though the controller cord is short, it's nothing that can't be overcome with an extension cable if it's really bothersome for you. Go ahead and get one, you won't regret it!

This device made me relive my childhood gaming experiences. The controller feels great although if you have a large TV, you may want to pick up the controller extension cables. I have a 55’ and need the longer cables. I wish there were more games by default but you can add more, through various hacks you can find online.

This Unit brings back some of the best games to ever be on the SNES and many of the games are timeless classics. Super Nintendo has one of the best controllers ever made which basically is the grandfather of all modern controllers. The only complaint is controller length, but that can be remedied with an extension cable.

Great quality easy to install and amazing classic!

I can’t believe I walked into Best Buy and saw ONE of these things on display near the entrance. So much fun. I’ve only played Yoshi’s Island and Donkey Kong Country. Yes, you could play most of these games, and more, with an emulator. It’s neat to have all of these games in a mini snes with nice controllers though.

Oh the glorious 90's are back! With this awesome SNES mini you can relive your childhood games memories or even share them now with your own children! The selection of games is tremendous, although I would have loved for them to have included DKC 2 and 3 to complete the trilogy, have atleast the first Mortal Kombat, and also NBA JAM or NBA JAM; TE! Those games were staples of the 16 bit era but I guess licensing issues kept them off. Like I said though the games that are included are amazing anyways and the system and controllers are identical replicas to the original SNES. I'm loving this Mini Classic line Nintendo has started doing and I can only hope and pray that next up for next year will be an N64 mini!

Smaller then original with a grand collection of games. The only thing that it is missing is longer cords for controls or wireless. It connects to TV through HDMI and USB powered

After months of waiting, I was finally able to get my hands on a SNES, as I was too late and every time it would be sold out. When I got the update it was in stock, I immediately purchased it online and did a store pick up at Best Buy, which I highly recommend. I grew up playing Super Mario World and even though I love modern games, I still wish I could play those platform games I played as a kid. I'm also very happy they have Yoshi's Island, another favorite game of mine. One thing I wish they had was Super Mario All-Stars, then it would be perfect. However, roughly $80 for 21 games rather than having me buy all these games individually on a secondhand NES otherwise is well worth it.

So much fun! It felt like I was a kid playing super Mario Bros all over again. Controller feels the same everything is the same just in a smaller console. Just wish it had a few games that are not on it such as ninja turtles or mortal kombat other then that it’s great! My kids love it as well so that’s a plus.

As much fun as we hoped. My teenage son had been wanting this for quite some time. By sheer luck, he saw that there were some units behind the service desk. Best Buy kept him there so that people could only buy one at a time. I applaud them for that. Let real fans buy then. Not people looking to resell them.

Sure, you can buy a Raspberry Pi and have more games. But it won't have the Nintendo polish or reliability that the SNES Classic does. The selection of games could be wider but is good overall. The ability to create save states is a nice addition. I would definitely recommend buying one if you can find one!

I was actually looking for the Atari throwback and asked the rep if they had these in stock. He cane back with one of each. Have the SNES to my wife and she has been playing the heck out of Zelda and Mario. Go in and ask for availability before people swallow these up and raise prices for the holidays.

I totally forgot to pre order this. So I was one to sit outside and wait for the release. It is a great purchase because it has all the games I wish I had when I was younger! It also has the never released Star Fox! It's smaller than I thought it would be (fits in my hands) but easy to set up and play.

Though I still have the original SNES, I had to buy this replica of the SNES. Brought back so many memories to when I first received my first console (1994). From time to time, I still play the original. This is a great purchase because it includes many more of the classic games I never got to play.

I think this classic addition out did the original NES classic! It’s like stepping back in time playing most of the games I loved when little super NES first came out- there are a few games missing that I would have liked to of seen, but the system is sold such a great price that I have no complaints

It's nice to have plenty of games without switching cartridges all the time. Overall value is good. Too bad the controllers arent wireless.

SNES classic edition has an incredible spread of games. Some multiplayer classics are included, and even single player games with hours and hours of replayability. Star Fox, Earthbound, and Metroid, just to name a few. All incredible games which have withstood the test of time. Highly recommend.

My childhood systems were the NES, SNES, and Gameboy. The SNES Classic was a much buy for me. I know you can setup your own emulator for free, but I wanted that cute little SNES. And I wanted to support Nintendo in hopes they will be able to make all their systems in a miniature Classic Style.
