Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.super cool system for plug and play gaming with family and friends, I enjoyed getting this for me and the kids to play my childhood favorite games. Super fun, runs off USB (so you can power it off the tv, as we do) and really cant complain about it, price is slightly higher than id like, but worth it IMO.

Not bad but not good either

Therefore it will not play any of the old SNES game. It comes with about 20 or more games built in. Not any of the exciting ones. I guess if you want to purchase for nostalgia or as an added entertainment system its ok but that's about it.

While it’s true that I grew up with one, it’s also flat out fun to play - the games selection is classic nintendo and refreshingly easily to get into. What I mean by that is many modern games are heavy on storyline and immersion...but sometimes you just want to play a simple fun game to pass time.
