Customer Ratings & Reviews

This system is very small, lets start with that. It's about the size of 2 PS4 controllers crossed horizontally and vertically together. But it somewhat functions the same as an original SNES console in terms of hardware. For instance, you slide the power button up to power on the machine. The controllers are almost identical, if not for the port connections. The slack you get with the cord is pretty lengthy, so you can sit pretty far back. It comes with 20 or so games, which, to me, is very small. But they are legendary titles, so I can give a pass to Nintendo for this shorthanded gesture. It also offers game saves which is cool, but basic for an emulator. Overall, I enjoyed a lot that this mini console had to offer. For 80 dollars it is a costly nostalgia trip, and I wasn't sure how to feel spending a decent amount of cash on, basically a fancy SNES emulator. Maybe if it came with cartridges for each game and you could plug them in and have to blow on them when they wouldn't work, I would have welcomed an 80 dollar price tag. If they ever cut that price in half I could see this console being a worthwhile investment. But until that happens, I will stay away from this product and save my money. Because I can just spend my money on a decent wireless controller and use emulators on my computer with a way bigger library of games. But it is a decent machine for common folks, that's why im rating it a 3 out of 5 stars for its decent nostalgia factor but poor execution.

Great throwback to our childhood! My 7 year old son even loves playing several games with his dad! :)

With the purchase of SNES Classic it has allowed me introduce my sons to the games I grew up playing.

I grew up with the snes and this is great! If you can’t get one get a raspberry pi to play retro games

Great console, great lineup! I bought this console to play with my young son. He loves it and so do I!

My SNES Classic was everything I expected. I get to play all my old games i played when i was a child.

Fortunate to get a pre-order and delivered. Good luck this holiday season trying to get one in store.

Awesome piece of hardware. I haven't played any other emulators like raspberry pi so I would not know it its better. But this brings lots of good memories, and the experience is pretty close to the original SNES back in the 90's

Great game great graphics! Much better installment than last years nes version. I give it a must buy

So much fun to play. This brings back a lot of nostalgic memories. I love the HDMI, and save states.

SNES is my favorite console ever and you'd be hard pressed to find a dud in this awesome collection.

This is all-around great, great games all in a compact mini sized SNES. Definitely worth the money!

While this might be a hard item to come by at the moment, it's worth keeping an eye out for. The collections of games on this is stellar, even thought it probably could have done with one or two other iconic titles of the era.

Best console from my childhood besides the N64. This console includes the best games for this system

The SNES is a great game system the only negative I have is the controller cables are way to short.

It amazing that Nintendo Created this. My favorite feature is that the games are integrated you no longer have to deal with cassettes. Besides the best video games were Mario and fight club. All other games are also enjoyable. It's also convenient because it doesn't take much space.

This is the best thing to come from nintendo yet and with the games on here...the price is amazing

I loved how this system can pack up so many games I played when I was little. This is a must have.

This console is amazing. The freedom to play it on your TV then take it on the go(or lay down in bed). Plus the main stay nintendo titles like Zelda and Mario are amazing additions to the franchise. Buy beyond that there are a ton of indie games that are cheap and enjoyable for hours.

Great system! Has all the games I grew up with and is easy to set up. Literally just plug and play!
