Nintendo Comes Through!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After having missed out on the first NES classic, it was great to be able to get into a well-ordered line at Best Buy and pick this item up. My friend across the street was able to get one too. At first, I had to learn to replay many of these old favorites, but with a little practice and no sleep, I was back in the game(s)!

Just like the good ole days
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I picked this edition of the Mini Classes that Nintendo produced due to picking up the NES Mini from the year before. I only really wanted the controller at first because of the nostalgic feeling to use with my Wii that already has Virtual Console. However, the save/save state feature of the actual mini console makes me wonder why the Wii did not implement this kind of save process - I'm so used to save states now - and the interface of the selection screen is just easy to navigate. The big feature, however, is that the system connects to your TV via HDMI. The pictures looks great, for games from the 90s, and it gives new life to exploring these old games even if you've never experienced the SNES at childhood.
