If you are able to get this anywhere... buy it!! it is incredibly difficult to get this as of November 2017. Great gift for young and old to play!

We picked up this gaming system on a whim and I'm not disappointed by it. It was fun showing my nieces how much gaming has improved since I was their age. The only draw back are the controller cables are not long enough. You have to sit very close in order to play. I would also like to see more 2 player games so the girls could compete against each other.

I was SO excited to find this today. It was a toss up between the super nes and the old school nes (due to funds) but I had been wanting donkey Kong country forever and had to give in. I think the best part was the fact that it came with an H DMI cord which is a rarity. Super fast set up. Awesome picture. And now I can show my kids what I grew up with.

This brings back all the memories and the nostalgia of the late 1980s and early to mid-1990s in video games. It has most of my favorites and even a few that I never did play. The graphics adjustment are just right to put you back into the old-school way of playing. I wish the cords were longer but that’s why I bought the cord extenders. Definitely a must buy.

With seven grandkids very often here...ranging from ages 3-17... it’s great to have many different choices to keep them entertained while they are staying at Grammy’s...these are the games my kids played at their age and although we also enjoy board games, crafts, and other things to do together...this is also nice to have here available for them. Love it...

Brings back childhood memories. Excellent product, Nintendo knows how to bring quality to their brand name. It’s a must for all gamers out there.

Definitely reminds me of all the gaming as a kid. Good selection of games although I would have liked longer controller cables. Pick up a set of extension cables if you get a chance.

I couldn't believe that I was finally able to get one of these units. Got it for BF for Christmas. Can't wait for him to open it so I can play!

This console is so much better than expected, great purchase! Excellent picture quality and controls just like the old days but somehow improved.

As soon as I saw that this gaming system was going to be coming out, I was constantly checking for it’s release. I was one of the few to be able to get thru and purchase it thru pre-order. And it does not disappoint. The size is amazing. Fits right in my hand. And playing all the Mario games brings me back to my childhood. I highly recommend this system!

I was really hoping this would contain more games than it does. Don't get me wrong, they put what they felt were the best on here... it many are just not my style of games. I really wanted to see: NBA Jam, Madden 95, Saturday night slam Masters, Mortal Kombat, Super Star Wars, ESB, ROTJ, Indiana Jones greatest hits, Sim City, and Final Fantasy 2 (4). Instead I got FF3 ( which I don't like), MARIO Kart (which to me is unplayable), star fox 1&2 (also haven't aged well), and only DKC 1 ( where are the other 2?). DKC looks like absolute garbage on modern TV sets due to the graphics engine they used...you can see every pixel. I have to say I like the NES classic 100x better. Even like the original Zelda Better than ALTTP. And I don't like the rubber fronts covering the controller ports either.

What more needs to be said, it’s the Super Nintendo. If you had this as a kid or a teen, you must have this. The size and hdmi connection make it great. And the games are awesome! While it may not have all the good games, it has the ones that were some of the best and that everyone loves. If you can get your hands on this, definitely don’t pass it up.

Nintendo does it again! And they've lived up to their promise! I've seen these things in stock everywhere, weeks after the initial release too!
