Lots of stuff to do in this sequel er I don't know if I could call it a sequel, the massive multiplayer option is fun; but also tests your friendships

This is a great game that must be owned if you are into fighting games. I just wished they had an option to create a local tournament with friends.

This game was for my son. The game play is very easy to get used to and it is fun from the start. And it is Super Mario - it says it all. Great game.

There are few action games that can gather a group around the same TV set like Smash can. Hopefully this game has longer lasting appeal than Brawl.

This game, with its huge roster, and characteristic gameplay, is a must own for all Wii u owners. The large roster allows for limitless playability with friends and bots with each character being approachable, and different one will quickly learn and then spend hours mastering each character. This roster weaves the old with the new. Maintaining the nostalgia of playing classic Nintendo characters such as Mario, and samus while combining the freshness of using new characters to the series such as little mike and mega man making this a new and refreshing take on the classic smash formula. Speaking of smash formula this game has literally improved in virtually every way from its predecessors. With its chaotic and fun brawls to the items filling the screen with wonderful mixture of color and sounds creating quick and beautiful gameplay. I cannot stress enough how this game is for the young and old alike, and should be enjoyed by everyone who has ever enjoyed a smash game or who wants to try one this is the game for you. Only downsides that are of current not is the internet connection for smash is still a little touchy but Nintendo is looking into repairing such problems. Additionally to best enjoy this game it is advised to use the Wii pro controller or the game cube adapted controller for the best gameplay experience.

All my kids love this games.They can all play so no one is left out. Its entertaining for my 4 year old up to my 15 year old.

This game met my expectations! I loved the N64 version and was hoping the game hadn't been butchered. It could easily be better than the original.

Smash Bros. Wii U is finally a Smash Bros. game that can finally compete with Melee. There was something just missing with Brawl- was it over simplification? Making the game less reliant on skill? I'm not sure. But the new Smash Bros. feels like the actual successor to Melee. The game runs great on the Wii U. It runs at a full 1080p at 60 frames per second (which is rare for a Wii U game). It's a great game for parties, and the game supports a fairly wide variety of different controllers, so you should be able to find something you like.

This game is a lot of fun. It's better than Brawl, but not as good as Melee. I haven't tried this with a GameCube, but I really want to try it.

Probably no need for any more "reviews" of this game. It's what you expect, it's fantastic, it's fun.

The game is solid, as all SSB games have been, but the lack of the story mode included in the previous iteration is a huge miss. The game is fun, but not as captivating as it finally feels like a sequel that didn't switch up that much. Appeals more, it seems, to the hardcore SSB gamers.

If you have played previous smash bros games, it is more of the same, not that it is a bad thing. More characters, more levels, more smash!

Quite simply put, this is the best Smash Brothers game. It's a blast to play with friends, even if those friends don't know how to play the game.
