These are a must buy for super smash bros. They also work on other games for the nintendo switch only bad thing is some moves on the game are not allowed on the controller because of lack of buttons the controller has. Nintendo should have just kept these controller design for each phase of Nintendo like sony and Microsoft did.

Bought this for my son. He plays super smash bros competitions throughout the Central Valley. I would highly recommend genuine Nintendo brand controllers.

It works as good as the Smash 4 one, that is, very similar to the original GCN controllers (except for the difference on shoulder buttons). It works perfectly on my Switch!

I bought this for a friend since he wanted the original gamecube controllers to play smash. Lucky for him, Best buy had this in stock and we're having a blast!

Not exactly the same a little on the light side and the joystick will feel a little stiff but thats just cus most of us have not held a new gc remote since like 2001

Just as strong as the old gamecube controllers from years past. Sticks are a bit tight at first but once you break them in, it should be just as good as the old ones.

Yeah no real problems with this controller other than a somewhat mushy feeling pressing the buttons that isn't present on the original controllers. But they work! And it doesn't feel like it effects gameplay that much (if at all). Just wish that feeling wasn't there. They'll do the trick though!

This controller definitely brings back memories and works and plays exactly like I remember. Definitely makes getting back into Super Smash bros really easy.

A must get if you’re a super smash fanatic! This remote takes you back to the GameCube days and allows you to experience an amazing gaming experience!

This controller is perfect to play super smash bros with. Only downside is the switch adapter is pretty hard to find. If you can tho definitely worth it.

Honestly a really good controller for Smash Bros and would highly recommend. Definitely get it when it's on sale because normal price is really up there!

Gotta jump on these things before the third part sellers do otherwise you run the risk of price gouges. Not a reseller myself.

This is an affordable alternative to the expensive switch controllers. Had to buy a few for a Smash party i had, glad i didnt have to break the bank.

I use this controller exclusively for Smash Ultimate, and it works super well. Would recommend to anyone who wants the best experience for Smash

I honestly never opened the two I bought because I collect these things. I know for a fact these things are of top quality and definitely worth #30.

I love how most people passed on the Gamecube and fell in love with the Wii. Now everybody can't go with any other controller to play Smash.

It is so much better playing smash with the classic GameCube controller. Plus it’s much cheaper to buy a few of these instead switch controllers

Highly recommend getting this controller if you are serious about super smash bros. The button layout is more natural than the pro controller

I've heard about people having issues with the analog input but I've had no issues, recommend this to anyone who needs a new gamecube remote

Only con for this item is the lack of an accessory, the adapter, which is in short supply due to poor business planning on Nintendo's part.
